And people need to stop seeing this as Elf Vs Giant, see this as Elf Vs Human. Does the advantages of being an Elf instead of a Human really outweigh the massive amounts of disadvantages?

Yea, for all we know they may change it to something like Dex+MP last minute, or it might be JUST Str for some skills and JUST Will for some other skills, not necessarily Str and Will for all the skills.

Weapon speed doesn't correlate to skill speed, it correlates to stun duration. Faster weapon=shorter stun. The only way it would effect attack speed is in normal attack, and that doesn't mean it will be a fast attack. Bow can be Fast or Very Fast but that doesn't make their aim speed instantaneous. There is nothing yet to suggest Ninja will be an instant skillset like Melee and Fighter.

In fact, the only skill we do know for sure about Arcane Sakura Rain which suggests the opposite, a long loading skillset.

If you're somehow going by Ninja mythology, then the opposite would be true. Ninjas, once they attack must be fast, but take heavy preparation and focus on timing. Translating that into mabi would mean long load times and instantaneous or short attacks, like Magic, rather than Melee. Which Sakura Rain is already like.

Debuffs are beginner friendly. By definition, debuffs make content easier to handle.

Being party oriented does not make something not beginner friendly.

I don't see where you are getting the idea Ninja is all about speed and light attack, none of the information thus far supports this.

Giants fumble somtimes and hurt themselves.
Humans cut themselves sometimes.

I cant see Giants being good ninjas.

The way I see it this skill set might be better suited for 1v1 situations like fighter because of all the debuffs and stuff. Personally, I hope the aoe skills have a low cool down so it can be more useful against multiple enemies.

So you're saying you think they should:
- Elves do weaker damage.
- Humans and Giants do Full Damage.
- Humans and Giants take damage themselves from use.
- Giants get stunned after use.

I looked at the translated page for some Ninja skills. Yamiuchi sen is a skill that boost speed while giving a small multiplier.For all we know,this skill could be Ninja's bread and butter when making quick and effective hits. Gives possibility to it anyways.

Weapon speed affects some skills like Arrow Revolver,Assault Slash,Final Hit Ect. No one can say Ninja skill set isn't like that.

Just because Arcane Sakura Rain has long loading doesn't mean the entire skillset will as well.

Honestly, how many heavy hitting skills do you see in this skill set?Arcane Sakura Rain? Long loading time, and requires someone support you.Again that's not beginner friendly if you need help to release a skill effectively.Maybe its friendly to Nexon's pocket for the stun pets you'll need to pull it off,sure.Midari Kunai sounds promising,hopefully if Nexon gives it a good function.Daichi Jin Can be useful as well. This is assuming they both flow together in handling muti mobs and or doing reasonable damage.

Some of debuff in this class isn't really useful.Oboro Enmaku just removes defense (not much at that,hopefully it removes aggro). And from the looks of Kage Shibari, it keeps you and your targets in place (a.k.a semi stun pet skill). If it doesn't allow you to freely move after using, then its just an AoE Snare.

Sure,Ninja's can have some long preparation skills.However I mainly expected Ninja to use fast attacks, and somewhat one versus one like fighter.But with some decent to good quick skills, combating two or thee mobs at a time and being some-what reaction based.while not being mega slow pace and strong. It also would have been cool to see Sickle/Chain Sickle, Dagger,Kunai, and Katana Mastery belong to the Ninja skill set.

Debuffs can make for friendly beginner game play, yes. But Ninja doesn't have great debuffs. Again, unless Nexon decides to make Oboro Enmaku and Kage Shibari absolutely amazing,its ok at best.

The simple fact that Yamiuchi sen increases speed and offers a small multiplier boost while also having Rasenzan for quick/weak to strong/slow does encourage the possibility of fast game play. I just hope for Ninja that speed plays a bigger roll than damage, I can use Kunai and Ninja skills with other one-handed for versatility (no,not a buff for Giant,any heavy weapon/armor should receive a speed nerf)Clothing Mastery (boost speed and minor defense/prot),and its not unnecessarily flashy so it doesn't get repetitive quickly and I don't lag others with my combos.

Also Kapra , I didn't come to this page to have a debate with you on things I would like to see happen to Ninja.Its pretty pointless in this case. I came here purely to see more information on Ninja from the players and Nexon,and give my opinion.Any comment you leave won't be replied by meh unless its useful information from Nexon on Ninja.

I agree, the debuffs of this skillset leave something to be desired. I HOPE that's not what KR Nexon meant by making it beginner friendly. Though seeing how they said Dual Guns would be Elf friendly, I wouldn't be surprised if that is what they meant.

As far as I know thus far, none of the skills seem to be instant like Melee and Dual Guns. The only skills we do know of use charge time with almost instant execution, at the moment. Things can always change before the final release.
