  Getting banned actually has a few negative affects on your account:
  
  Your account is then monitored. You are now flagged as a previous offender.
  You cannot participate in the special giveaway events Sabina holds. (things like the poetry contest she had, and recently, the cooking contest.(no Rua figure for you!))
  Your account can easily become blocked from billing (CC/Paypal). Even through the Free NX offers. (like those work)
  
  and some other things I can't remember. Pretty much your account becomes "sensitive". But otherwise you can go back to your normal gaming ways.
  
  And regardless, any rumors of a rollback can be laid to rest. Sabina confirmed theres no reason for a rollback.
