I didn't know about them because I had never used one before. There's a difference between not knowing something you've never done and not liking something you've done for 5+ years. Also I would hardly call it crucial as a number of people agreed that blue upgrades are better, meaning you could go your entire Mabi career without ever needing to know what the red stones do. There isn't only one right way to play the game.
If no one complains, nothing will get better. That's how games work. If no one ever complained about flaws in the game the game would still be exactly as it was in closed beta, complete with every single little bug that has ever occurred.
A flaw comes up. You tell them about it. The flaw is fixed. This is what we call "progress". If another flaw comes up down the line, so be it, they can fix that one too!
1. You don't have to have it done to know it. You could ask questions about figher to me and I'd be able to answer just about everything about it, even though my character is not a fighter. It is crucial as these special upgrades is huge part of your combat. Weapons are basics of combat, and it's one of those common knowledge that everyone who's played over few weeks really should know. A simple research would have sufficed.
2. People didn't actually agree that blue upgrades are better, I don't know where you're getting this. They only said blue is better at early stages. If you're still going to argue that blue is better at putting out damages later (the stage people are ultimately concerned about), I'd have to disagree with that because that would just be plain false.
3. It's not about people not complaining. It's about people complaining about the wrong things. Sure, some contents are overdue, but that shouldn't be the complaint. If anything, the complaint should be about NA team's poor customer service as well as the dilligence/credibility of the NA team.
4. Like I said, this isn't necessarily a flaw. If someone tried to "fix" these flaws, it'd end up with a game with totally different base. Good example is your complaint about the reward system. It's fine where it's at, and if someone tried to fix it your way, it wouldn't be a solution at all, it'd be violating the core principle the game was made upon, and it'd be creating more problems.
5. The defintion of progress in this game has changed long time ago. It isn't the combat/dungeon content anymore. It's the physical digits, or contents outside of combat and skills.
Sure, a game would need a complaint to get better, but the ones I've seen in this thread won't help much.
