  Germany was pretty great in 1800s. It is the first country to introduce social benefits. Although the reason behind the policy was due to fear of communist rebellion.

  The reasons that weed is illegal aren't really relevant in modern-day America and the only people that are adamantly for keeping it illegal are those who are too blind to see that the "war on drugs" is a way to criminalize people with drug problems and incarcerate POC.

Cannabis does not kill brain cells, THC is connected to the cannabanoid receptors in your brain which send off different signals to parts of the brain which make up the high.
