Quote from Space Pirate Nithiel;1236606:
Feminists are crazy. "I CAN RUN AROUND NUDE IN PUBLIC IF I WANT AND NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TELL ME OTHERWISE BECAUSE I DO WHAT I WANT WITH MUH BODY." There are little things called morals. Public decency. Consideration for the people around you. Self respect.
Not to mention the fact that whether you like it or not, at the moment sex with minors is illegal. So for a minor to walk around showing off her body and lying about her age trying to seduce men twice her age into sleeping with her causing them to get arrested and their lives ruined because she couldn't keep it in her pants is definitely NOT ok.
But are you a female to be talking about self respect on THEIR body? Let them be it's not your buisness, if it bothers you then don't look at it. This is so childish honestly. She's wrong at fault for lying and taking advantage of a situation but you have no right on deciding what they should wear!! Just saying!

Nothing.
She got drunk and fell down. Case dismissed. There was no assault, there was no rape. The guy is being charged for giving her the beer and statutory rape because she's a minor.

What, how is it statutory rape if there wasn't any rape at all? How was it that she didn't get charged for underaged drinking or seducing the man or whatever? What the fuck kind of world do we live in?!

Statutory rape is the term for an adult having sex with a minor even if consensual because in the eyes of society a minor is not smart enough to make choices for themselves. Underage drinking isn't actually a crime, it's BUYING alcohol and/or giving alcohol TO a minor that is illegal. So it's a crime for him to give her alcohol, but not for her to drink it. I agree it's pretty stupid. As far as seducing someone goes.. Yeah, there's no law against that. I guess maybe if he gets a good lawyer they might be able to argue entrapment because she lied about her age to get the sex and alcohol.

I don't really mind nudity in public but it's a bit silly. Specifically toplessness jsut screams lack of style and care to me. I wouldn't want to go out in public like that. I can understand if someone wants to go temporarily topless because they're sweating really hard from working out or something though.

Wearing a panties and bra is basically the same thing as a bikini she wasn't fully nude but then again you're not her nor a female to even talk about what they should or should not wear

Let's disregard all forms of common sense so we can "dress how we want". In that case I should go park my car in the ghetto unlocked with the windows open and the key left in the ignition, I'll make sure to leave all the windows and doors to my house open as well.
Or else I'm just living in a bubble.

are you equating leaving a car out in the "ghetto" to a girl wearing clothing that doesn't cover everything

Yes. As stated several times earlier, while you are free to do whatever you want there are behaviors that are considered risky. Walking alone at night in a strange city while barely clothed and drunk. Leaving your house unlocked. Leaving your car unattended in the ghetto.
Sure, you can do these things. And no, if you get robbed, etc. it's not your fault. But that doesn't mean it's not risky behavior that could have been avoided to lessen the chances of it happening.
