I didn't watch it but I'm expecting the same result as every other time this social experiment was done.

Pretty much.
Guy hits girl, "call the police!"
Girl hits guy, "lol, wut a pussy!"

Girl abuses, no one bats an eye.
Guy abuses, everyone loses their minds.
Just like very other time.
What can I say? Human kind generally has a history of male dominance, and this video is the result of our society unconsciously ( or consciously) accepting that the male should be able to put up with this shit.

This how society view men and women.
When a man hits a woman.
Everyone reacts this way: I'm going to call the police.
When woman hits a man.
This is how we react: Probably just another Lover's Quarrel, ignores, goes back to what their doing.

unless the guy is small, I would usually assume that he could fight back if violence is done to him by a girl.
as for a girl, I would usually assume that guy is strong enough to be a problem for her.
Of course that's just my opinion.
Through if a guy tried ot be a little violent with me, I would make them see stars and maybe the light ^^;

That's the problem though, under those assumption, male abuse will be viewed as nothing, because guys are "strong" and can handle it.

Yea because that's how society shaped up.

Sexism is a lot more than abuse inequality. I honestly don't believe the 40% thing.

are you saying that tall guy are not strong?
since you dont have the indicater on your avatar I can't tell your gender but if you are a girl and a guy ever held your arm, the difference in strengh is pretty high. I have a pretty strong confidance in my fighting ability and knowledge, of course all of it would be pointless if a guy, most guys, were to grab me. Well I'm not weak enough to ever give them a chance to do so but the point remain. Guys(most of them) could easily brush off violence from a non-trained girl. All they need is the will to stand up for themselves.
of course if I could tell the girl is trained in fighting and could be a threat to the guy even if he wanted to defend himself(or if the guy obviously look weak enough to be beaten by her), I would probably act. I usually prefer to not help people who can help themselves. But that's just my mindset.

You missed the point completely, it's just fucked up to be hitting your significant other. People disregard it as abuse when a girl does it to a guy because it most likely wont hurt all that bad.

The thing is, how strong you are, shouldn't even be in a equation about abuse. Some people are born stronger than others, but that doesn't make hitting them alright because they can take it. What feminism really comes down to is to erase the concept of gender, that means for everything that happens, you should see it as what it is, not have different views when the gender is different on either side.
Take the video for example, the goal feminism is striving for is for people to see a person abusing another. Gender is a needless complication. Can he fight back? We don't know, because we don't know that person, the information "he probably can if he wants to" is an assumption made because of his gender, and we don't know if it is right.
