It seems that g19 is not well received with Koreans who dislike the "skill tree" of the Divine skillsets.
They claim the director is insane and should make his own game instead of bullshitting.
What is your opinion?

I personally like it, It's different.
I'm opposed to the skill's usage outside of raids(Shield of Trust for an example)
I also noticed, the koreans are complaining just as we get non-soloable content, that requires teamwork.
Go figure.

It's hard to say without some solid play-testing, but at first I'd say it seems like another pointless grind addition. More than anything I'm getting tired of receiving skill after skill after skill without much in terms of quality playable content. Sure the new boss looks amazing, but what are the chances its not just one big HP sponge? At least it's something.

It's more then a HP sponge from what we've seen, which is something I like.
I hope they make more bosses with new mechanics.

Eh, I'm awfully indifferent about Skill Trees. I grew a dislike for them because they pretty much ruined it for Grand Chase and it's pretty hard to follow along with them in Elsword now ever since they added forced options.
Anyway, the skill cycling in the raid makes it seem rather simple. Other than that, having crystals to break free from and such puts a spin on things. I don't get why the hell they removed iria raid boss gimmicks like Desert Dragon trying to flee.
As for everything else... why can't we join the fucking dark side?

Boss itself is promising. The new skills are unique but gimmicky however. That's all I have to go by.

I'm still waiting for that Labyrinth dungeon and a Heat Buster buff.

Labyrinth? And again you still want more alchemy power...

Awhile back they mentioned a new type of dungeon, but we've never received it.

Heat Buster still sucks in comparison to everything else, I don't even recommend it early game anymore.

I think I would have preferred if they gave the skill tree treatment to clerics; the talent itself is strongly reminiscent of clerics/clerical magic or perhaps 'holy' magic anyways. So what's to become of the old talent?

Every director gets bashed like this.
Especially if they try to breathe life into the game. Like party play, new supportive skills, and trying to refresh older areas. They will get bashed even HARDER.
KR's community doesn't know how to keep the game alive and criticizes anything that attempts something different which has true potential. Their criticisms are also the only ones heard in this case.
Now my two cents on this whole update:
Now I haven't been able to try any of this at all, however: The subskill system seems ingenious. The fact that the skills are not overpowered by themselves, but have to be developed into your own powerful skill(since maxing these things will take ages probably) it will make it so even if you have a r1 divine knight skill, your skill can be different. You might focus on something else in your party such as slowing the boss down and doing more DoTs with Celestial Spike, or protecting everyone and healing them with a upgraded shield of trust. It gives people options that Mabinogi really hasn't had before. In a game which advertises massive amounts of player choice and unique skills, why the heck would you criticize the mere existence of a system like this?
We both haven't tried it, me and 70+%ish of the KR fanbase. But looking at this system and saying it's bad immediatley without looking into the possibilities of the system, rather the grind I guess? It's a pretty bad grind, unless they improved it.

Aside from there being only 1 Disciple boss that I've seen so far it seems fine.
The "skill tree" seems fine, from a technical standpoint.
Train the three main skills through use and raise them with AP, like a normal skill.
Use Divine Exp obtained from Disciple battles to boost up the passive effects that each of those skills have.
Just the whole Divine Exp amounts that you GET from these raids seem kind of... low.
Aside from that, the boss itself seems neat.
I just hope there's some kind of incentive to do it, for players who don't need any more Divine Exp to boost their knight skill passives.

We'll find that one out soon enough. I will need to get Tropa and Herro's ass in gear on the live server and have them complete the new mainstream to find out though. Stuff reached live today like I figured it would.

Hopefully it'll end up being something neat or useful.
Something more than an Adventurer Seal. (Though, hopefully there'll be a seal involved in it somewhere too, like how Saga did its rewards.)

People weren't really pissed about contents that are not soloable.
Rather, they were disappointed. For example, they thought the generation would connect them to a whole new world or some shit like that, but they didn't really get it, which was a really disappointment, considering that the director almost seemed like hinting that there would be a new land or something. Inconsistent wording is what it was.
