Also, if you're having trouble with the soldier mission, spawn a mount before the mission starts, then hop on and high-tail towards the gate ASAP. Wait it out 5 minutes, and assuming you're not lagging too bad, the mobs and NPC's shouldn't have aggroed too much.
Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that "if you're not there they don't aggro anything" glitch(?) Thanks for the reminder! Doing it as we speak.

I think I need to grind up first, unless the rewards are worth burning through my pots like crazy. That said, what are the rewards for completing G19?
And from what I've seen so far, Milletians have finally became a little smarter. Although
THAT made me laugh so hard...

So far from what I've realize is getting the 3 crusader skills to rank F and being able to participate in the Girgashiy raid..

Most likely also going to be a requirement to complete G19 to do the future mainstream quests they will be releasing similar to how you had to complete the previous mainstream quests before doing the next one. Drama Iria was the exception to this which they are no longer doing that kind of thing anymore.
But that's way off in the future of course. Main thing is access to the Crusader skills and the Raids. I wouldn't be surprised if those crusader skills play a large part in future mainstream quests.

I had lots of fun. Very nostalgic.

Storyline was fine, raids/crusader skills themselves seem like a complete waste of time and effort.

You may need those skills in future raid missions and storylines with better rewards :chin:

Oh yes, a new boss where the Totally Deep Raid Mechanics will be spike him first, then he does a unique counterattack which you shield, then judgement on his downtime. Original content, doughnut steel.
But on a srs note, the hardest part with the raid boss? Getting people to stop being stupid.
What's that, the boss uses this fancy attack almost exactly every 40 seconds? Better waste my 40 second crusader cooldowns at random, refuse to stand near the shielders, and then ragequit early because the judgement blades can't reach him in time when he jumps ten miles away to chase your stupid ass.

That asides, the giant sword is pretty useful against other things.

I'm only partway through and it's certainly written better than Saga series. They introduced new characters who have a proper backstory and have legitimate actions. Altam's pretty nice given that he acts as our biggest fan.
I am however concerned with what Kristell warned us. "Eradicate any foreign creature who would dare sully this world." - That can also refer to Milletians since we've influenced Erinn too much. In the end I feel that we're just going to be betrayed again.

There was a story reason behind that...

Seems like we are acknowledged as gods fighting invading gods by the npcs.

I think Cirno means that they look like Gargoyles.
Anyway, finally finished G19.
- There's not exactly much depth about the Prophets, which I'm sad about. Marcan barely made any appearance and said very little, Brilluen's a teasing flirty slut and Pennar has a chivalrous spirit. I actually like Pennar because he's honorable and didn't like using to cheating/unfair methods.
- The Girgashiy/Apostle is an annoying fuck. They won't give me enough time to load Judgment Blade and they murder the fuck out of me with their % damaging skills. I don't have pots so I spam heal and that eats all my stamina. Shield of Trust at Novice doesn't reduce damage of Mineral Hail either.
- The Alban Knights have a good backstory but the trio barely did much...
- The scene where the Milletian had to confront their memories and that Eirawen wanted to stay by our side despite the risk meant was really touching and it made me want to cry.
- It's great to see the new director try to pick up where Saga left off AND clean up the shit that it created.

This was the first generation for this chapter, they're setting the tone and introducing the cast/mechanics. There'll be time to develop everything with more generations.
Girgash does squat against WoE, just make them stay together and spam JB away. Not a single potion was wasted during the finale
