  The Mari/Nao one is obvious. On the other hand, it was believed for a long time that Tarlach got a specific one from Morgant and Ruairi got the other, but since Saga 1 people kind of think it's confusing because they sort of switched places.

  She's a ghost, she's dead. For all we know, every non-rebirhable person goes into a similar state after death.

  It's funny, considering how countless people have died, Shiela's the only dead person who is seen, excluding those who were resurrected. Milletians get resurrected in the Soul Stream, Gods get resurrected eventually, but it's never actually shown what happened to Partholons, Tuatha de Danann, etc. in their afterlives.

  The Python Humanoids are the remains of the Partholon. We also for some reason see the Ghost of Partholon, it's not clear if these actually are the spirits of the Partholon. G11 makes it sound like it's a rumor whether they have anything to do with the Partholon.
  
  
  Some thing that never made sense to me is, if the Partholon are from Avon, and Avon used to be where Tir Chonaill is now, why is Python Knight and Crew in Shadow Tara?

  If I remember correctly, someone in G11, maybe the blonde soldier in Tara, was describing the different creatures in Tara Rath, and explaining how it was believed that the creatures were the Ghosts of Partholon, but that it was unconfirmed. Yay for run-on sentences.

  This isn't solid proof as to what belongs to who but I feel that it's the best possible ones. Also likely the closest to what chapter 1 was telling us too.
  
  Mari/Nao was the one who had to give up on everything, she lost her body and in turn lost everything she had in her previous life. Tarlach lost alot too, but dying and being reborn into a new world fits everything better.
  
  As for who lives in physical and mental agony, Tarlach is the likely the best one for that. Mari probably did suffer mental agony finding out about her mother and subsequently witnessing the death of her father, but as for physical.. not so much.
  
  Then there is Ruairi, he got the power to take revenge for his friends, family, and himself by becoming a dark knight, but he could not handle it in G3. Then again he gained the most power he could in Saga but again couldn't handle what he had and is what caused his own demise.
  
  The thing is though Ruairi actually fits all three curses no matter how you look at it. He gave up everything, even prior to saga he gave up alot in his personal life to even become a warrior and then dark knight. In the Saga final he gives up everything he had left just to achieve his last goal. He was in constant mental agony from G1 onward and his body was probably a wreck from all the fighting he did + backlash from powers he obtained.
  
  But you're right that you could look at the curse in different ways to apply it to an extent to any of them, they all got the shit end of the stick, Ruairi more so.

  One thing that's been bothering me for a while: Why do the Cessair call the shots and not the Dragons? I see no reason why the Dragons can't go rogue, especially since the Cessair keep stopping their "fun".
  
  Also just how did Tarlach and Ruairi meet the Cessair?
