I was asking for percent based MP/HP Potions that you can craft with cheap ingredients, but a percent based recovery skill is nice too. Sounds like a weaker/nonattack version of Holy Rampage. I'm just disapointed, this could have been the perfect opportunity to add a new capped skill. We need more capped skills. (And for Meditation and First Aid to uncap like two ranks.)

And I don't think it was said in here but yes, Mana Recovery needs a Wand or Staff to be used.

From what I'm told, the Mana Recovery skill is instant but takes 2 seconds for all the mana to come in, I can't really test that with KR lag. The other skill takes 2 seconds.
