  Fixed. It exactly doesn't apply to Shooting Rush unless position locked.

  Since no one as answered this yet I think, I will. Tri-Bolt wand DOES have a chain casting upgrade that works on all 3 elements, and the other upgrades will speed up the wand. But, you can not use fusion bolt with the wand AND you can't use int magic.

  To be specific, you could, but only on the first bolt.
  
  E.G: I have an ice wand, cc4. If I chain lightning with the ice, the first bolt will be ice-lightning fused. The other 4 will be just ice, and if you try to fuse, you'll just reset the whole thing and waste those 4 bolts. I haven't tested it on a fire wand yet. (Anybody want to check how it works for fire cc4?)

  Same mechanic, but only able to be done if another bolt is casted first. The damage of the fusion bolt still applies a single charge anyways. Neat bug, garbage regardless.
  
  Anyways, for most of these updates, I'm happy for em. Magic's main gripe is that by the time you actually have it casted, everything is already stomped. Snap cast helped a bit, this only amplifies it. Lightning rod is a bit lackluster, no real allure of it, even the damage being slightly pretty, needs something else to help it, esp. since it can only be used with a staff. Mana recov is excellent considering it only takes about 6000 points of regen to go into potion poisoning with r1 potion lore(at least with 300s), this'll alleviate that issue, though medi still is weak as ever.

  Info on how to obtain the new skills won't be available until it hits live. Similar to how we didn't know how to obtain Rage Impact/Bash until it got pushed to the live server.

  Honestly most of the "advanced" magics are lacking. Their charging time, cooldowns, and mana costs don't match up to what they should be in terms of power imo. The 15min cooldown of Meteor Strike helps it a little but it's still rather meh. Hailstorm is pretty decent and the changes to it make it more useful for sure but ya....
  
  I have yet to test the new lightning skill so I have no strong opinion on the matter currently.

  it's lacking in the Range departement but honestly is good looking at it's Speed-Dmg ratio.
  
  2 seconds cast isn't long for the damage it can dish out, tho it does kinda seem lacking comparing it to Hailstorm in terms of usefulness.
  
  I find it more usefull mid-combat than Meteor tho
