Or shockwave (no it doesn't benefit form lightning, most people assume its lightning like how most assume blaze is fire).

Belisha's shockwave isn't actually shockwave.
One valid argument one could bring is that shockwave trains lightning mastery for some reason, but it doesn't benefit from lightning mastery, nor is its damage elemental, or anything else lightning would normally apply to. (Such as elementals, magic shields, etc.)
To me, arguing Shockwave is lightning is an equally strong argument as saying Blaze is fire.

I was doing 50k crits and wasn't even r1 lightning rod xD
Skill really packs a punch. I should be able to hit 60k+ crits once I get r1.
