  The only problem is, no one has ever reported seeing FH CD on swords. If they did, they'd stack, but I'm certain that wiki lies about this reforge being on weapons.

  Not only would they probably not stack (because there are only a very very select few reforges that can stack like this excluding accessories), they don't even exist (FH cd on weapon).

  It's off topic, but many nation users avoid editing wiki due to unpleasant past experiences as pointed out in other threads discussing the wiki. There's also people who just lack the interest or knowledge to do so as well.

  There has (apparently) always been drama regarding wiki misinformation. Either nobody has bothered to change it, or even if they do it winds up being reverted for whatever reason.
  
  To address another specific part of your post, it is not well known. Most people I encounter aren't aware of this -- I wasn't aware of it until I asked about it myself.
  
  I don't know how to edit the wiki or anything like that. It took me a few posts of bitching after getting a ton of notes saying "lol you can't buy pre special upgraded celtic royal knight swords, they can't be special upgraded!" before someone changed it on the wiki for me. Luckily, it didn't get reverted.
  
  Whether or not someone has actually tried before to make this specific change or not, I don't have an answer to. I guess I'm part of the problem, but I don't bother changing misinformation because 1) I'd be upset if it got reverted and 2) I don't even know how to do it.
  
  If they require proof, how can you prove that it doesn't exist? Maybe whoever reverts changes on the reforge wiki thinks they do exist. The only proof I can think of is that there are no records of it existing anywhere. No screenshots of it in NA, no screenshots of it in any overseas localisations, and whatever else you want to put in here. There is no evidence of its existence, and I believe the only place this reforge is even listed is the NA wiki. This also goes for say, windmill attack range. I've heard it was in the test server? when reforges were first added to some version of the game. Due to overpowering mechanics (lol) it never got released in to the official version. However, nobody has ever tried (or succeeded) in getting this reforge listing removed from the wiki.

  There's also players like me that assumed the reforge list was data-mined or something because of how huge and complex it is.
  It wasn't until a short time ago that I realized it's not and a lot of it is guesses based on trends.

  To be fair, idk about you, but I have to repair my accessories like once a month. Something like bash will wreck the dura of anything and depending on how heavily you use it you might need to repair daily.

  Like in science, it's hard to prove something doesn't exist, if possible at all.
  
  And if you try to remove something, sometimes you're at a burden to prove that it doesn't exist or is wrong.

  i use and repair my upgraded blasted oak wand all the time : D i even have two upgraded ones to share with a friend should they need it ✦
  
  let's not forget full repair wave sweeper (~600k i think?) or full repair hillwen drill -- my shuriken is pretty high full repair as well and the dura on that gets eaten fairly quickly.

  it's chill, i meant my post to be light-hearted. it's a steel needle accessory and i probably had it since i was barely 1k total when it was very difficult for me to earn money to bear to fix it. of course i don't repair that accessory all that often, and now the rest of my gear is pretty spendy too--
  
  all that i meant to say that was i personally don't complain about the repair costs of anything. if i gotta fix stuff, i gotta fix stuff. no math, no sweatin' it, and i enjoy the game a little bit more, that's all.
