Who here has played and what did you guys think of it?

Right now I'm doing my first play through and just got to the Hotlands. It's been actually very fun and entertaining so far. Especially when you are kind to all the characters you meet. Of course you could be a total monster and kill everything but then who's the real monster?

Soundtrack is amazing, story is great, gameplay is entertaining. I give this game 10/10.

Your guys thoughts?

I thought Undertale was pretty good for not actually playing it (was lazy and just watched playthroughs and just looked at cutscenes). Idgaf that it was hyped up like mad, I genuinely thought it was really good. It was after I watched some playthroughs that I found it so many people liked it lol.

Fallout never was my thing and that's more overhyped than Undertale imo. I honestly was passing up on Undertale until I looked more at it and went holy shit this is fucking amazing!

To each his own. I've seen a lot more people talk about Undertale than Fallout 4 though sadly...

I'm not a fan of FPS but Fallout just does a good job with the story and immersion :)

Haha, but in all seriousness, a game where you talk things out, humorous dialogue, 4th wall breaking, memories and manipulation of saving and game control, and even bosses that know what to do against the player. Even the developer touched the extremely tiny details no one ever pays attention. I can see why Undertale is extremely highly rated, and I do approve.

Because undertale is on the psychedelic setting like earthbound. That's why. The reason why it's getting some attention is because it was released in this day and age.

And Fallout 4 is released, and a REALLY damn good game

If you constantly go in and out of the kitchen, as Papyrus runs back and forth, over and over again, he'll comment on it.

Or like how if you finish your "music career" with Shyren, later on in the game it makes putting the Knight Knight to sleep later on take only 2 actions instead of 3.

Or how the annoying dog shows up in different places in the game, like in Undyne's bone drawer, in the background of the garbage dump date, or randomly when you step on a water tile while smelling of lemons, instead of the usual piranhas, and so on.

Or how Temmie's reaction to you refusing to sell them an item they really really want changes after she's gone to college.

There're so many funny little details in this game.

There're so many funny little details in this game.

Not to mention all the different dialogue for clearing certain routes, or abandoning certain routes and starting new routes. As well as all the dialogue revolving around your save state. Game does a great job with fucking with you and making you feel absolutely terrible for taking certain actions.
