why are giants better than humans?

  I don't know if it's is different on the NA servers, but Windguard(a.k.a Wind Breaker in KR) doesn't have a str boost,
  
  Instead what you can get from WG is +56 Life & +28 Will
  It will take you a total of 416 AP to reach R1.
  
  The wg master title's options are :
  life +10, defense +7, protection +5%, str -20, dex -20

  They mean Wind Guard STR as in the boost given by the enchant for having the skill at a certain rank, not the boost given by the skill itself.
