  It sounds feasible as something you do after high school. Like an independent study major, though you'd really have to be dedicated to succeed.
  
  It shouldn't be compared to home-schooling though. Home-schools very widely in their approach but the majority will outperform a traditional school and will find ways to work in the social aspect such as meeting with other home-school families.
  
  Unschooling just sounds like...neglect...

  Heh, Traditional school lacks what potential could be gained through this sorta method. However this entire premise is weak and bound to send them backwards. Even the name Unschooling presents error gearing towards reversing opportunities for good jobs for these children in this sorta program. Passion over even the most basic of knowledge is a set up for failure. Going to college now and I sigh at my job when a person who has lived in Hong Kong doesn't know what country it is.

  Of course, though. Being "Unschooled" would mean that you would have to teach yourself skills.
  
  It's possible, but it's horrible in comparison with what you could have done with someone to guide you along.
  
  
  
  
  I know, because I taught myself how to draw, including body proportions and facial features. Everything was self-taught, including how to shade and stuffs.
  
  It's horrible though, I still think I'm not up to par yet.
