@Tasha: I think you should add "HP Proficiency" to "Not a priority's list"
I think it's pretty nice to have extra 240 HP restore from Fine HP Pots,
and how to get the bonus is not that hard :)

when the boss is on breating heavy animations : well compared to the effectiveness of the (damage of r1 smash which is ATK based + draining about 50HP, which takes a lot of draining when u got half HP), i prefer drinking a fine hp pot, then go full damage~
Yeah but there's moments where you don't have as much hp gone like say your at 3/4ths where you can heal yourself + do damage by just using life drain. Doesn't take all that long to do either.

true enough, but still, some people prefer to go for the damage, i for one prefer to do so :3
if only they make the first smash an MATK smash

The drain is matk, if that helps.

You can do two or three drains in the time it takes to pot. If you're saying "pot and then attack" then you can you drain a few times and then attack. You don't heal as much, sure, but it's more damage than you give it credit for.
Plus, it's not always 50 HP. Sometimes it could be 50 and sometimes it could be like 200.

But you don't have to be anywhere near the boss when you drink pots. Not to mention you will deal a lot more damage if you used the time spent doing LRE to do Invisible Loom + Bloody Thread. If you're looking for a quick/safe smash to pull off, Quake Hell is a much better alternative (around the same time it takes to do LRE) as it offers a lot more range (LR has the least range of all Evie's smashes I think...)

I was replying to when the boss was breathing heavy. I don't think you would have time to pot and then do LLLLRE no matter where you stand. You might have time for LRE LRE LLR.

Well if you don't mind getting hit I suppose it is possible to do LLLLRE while tanking the damage when you're draining.
LLLRE is also a good alternative when the boss is breathing heavily. The only time LRE LRE LRE proves to be more useful would be when:
A. The bq has a no potion oath
or B. You want to save money

didn't read every reply until this.. but it's nice if you also post up survivability skills such as def mastery / hp mastery /hp pot mastery..etc
i'm sure a good portion of the scythe evies have managed to max all those skills, even the not so important ones.

Well, after a certain point, some people just have everything maxed. I think this guide is for those people who just started out to give them a path on what is recommended until that certain point.

You should... add videos of all "major" bosses. Raids, even.
