  SP: Blind Arrow is Staff only. Mercury Trap isn't worth using. Health and Defense Masteries take a ton of AP and if you're going to put points into them, it's after you do absolutely everything else. They aren't all that good, especially for their cost.

  Can you tell me when do rank up these skills accordingly? Your guide has been a great help on which skills to rank up but it doesn't specify when to rank up, or does it matter?

  The skills are grouped in what their priority is. The higher up on the list the skill is, the higher priority it is (that means you rank that first). If something isn't available to you yet because it's too high level then rank what's available that is the next highest on the list for you.

Currently I'm level 26 with the Sweetie Bear Set, and should I get the Blood Silk set or wait for the next set, I believe that would be the Lighter Tyrant Set (or something like that), also should I get the level 38 Crimson Blade Scythe? I'm still using the level 24 Scythe Brynn gave me.

  Sweetie Bear should be the highest int giving set until Broken Ash (unless if you mix the sets). Blood Silk looks nice (probably one of the best) but the stats it gives you are horrible, I would recommend asking a friend/guildie to mail the set to you, complete the Blood Silk quest, and then give it back to them.
  
  Broken Ashe comes before Lighter Tyrant (lv 32 versus lv 36). I skipped Lighter Tyrant so I don't know if Broken Ash is better or Lighter Tyrant.
  
  Level 28* Scythe. Sure why not, it doesn't cost that much to make. The only scythe I would say is not worth making is the level 36 Death Crown simply because gold ores are way too overpriced right now and it needs 5 of them.

  From Sweety Bear, you can go either Blood Silk or Broken Ash I think.
  
  I personally went from Sweety Bear straight to Lighter Red Tyrant set. :P
  
  And upgrading weapons when you can is usually a good idea. At your level, I don't know if you should stick with the one you have or something though :/
  
  Since there are so few scythes, you might want to go for it though.

  Haha I have no friends nor guild members on this game, I started 3 days ago. Anyways I have 4 more levels until Broken Ash set, I wasted 200k on making the Sweetie Bear set, I'm gonna be in debt when I'm done with the Broken Ash Set, anyways, thanks for your help~

  Just keep the Sweetie Bear, Blood Silk isn't very good in comparison. Next is Broken Ash if you don't mind how it looks (some love it, some hate it), and after that (if you chose to use it) is Lighter Red Tyrant, unless you hate how it looks... Overall, you could go with Sweetie Bear until Rose Drop. In all honesty, it doesn't matter. Just wear what you think looks nice until Rose Drop, really.
  
  You craft Lighter Red Tyrant so late that it's just a couple levels from Rose Drop anyways, so it'd probably be smarter to just go directly from Sweetie Bear to Rose Drop, unless you want to craft Broken Ash I guess. Broken Ash does have really nice INT, if you like how it looks.
  
  INT-wise and if you're pretty hard for cash.... just keep Sweetie Bear. It'll be more than fine until Rose Drop. Heck, you could go naked until then, really. I still play naked most the time just cause I'm jewish about repair bills.
  
  About Scythes..... if it's expensive, don't bother. I'd do Crescent Moon until you can afford the Death Crown, unless something better is out by then.

  I know you said you don't want to, but definitely up Magical Crit, seeing as the parts of your smash attacks that do the most damage are magic.
  If you have Create Golem and plan to level it, also invest in Golem Mastery as well (buy the skillbook from Caera). Getting Eagle Talon to rank 9 (I think) for the Magic Star Mine is also an option.

  Well, since Smash Mastery isn't starred, that should be brought to the current cap (Rank 7 due to level cap) asap. Bloody Thread and Magic Crit should've been at A loong ago, they're amazing :< Afterwards, in your situation, I would get Insane Reaper up to A in preparation for the uncap (which will give us attack speed) as well as Blink because 33 stamina per blink is sexy. However, Eagle Talon to 9 and Alchemy: Summon Golem to A are also legitimate alternatives.
