Artisan, S type and R type upgrades?

I've seen quite a few in Ruairi before lol. I've only ever seen a single x-grade Dustin, but have seen swords and daggers that are. Only ever by r1 crafters though, and maybe one in several dozen will be X.

Then again, when I finally get around to finishing refine and smithing, I can just spam produce broads for cash, then keep X-grades for myself, pawning off the S and lower for 250K each.

There are more X-Grade items but most people who make them... Don't make them legitimately. This i know for fact.

What do they do? Macro the smithing? A skilled smith is better than a macro. The only semi-illegitimate thing you can do is to use the background simplification, making it easier to center. You can't get rid of the random variation, and even packet editing could not affect the outcome when it wasn't patched out.

If you have some supposed factual basis-- state your evidence, 'cause as far as I'm concerned, that's BS.

Packets are checked for consistency with what they're supposed to be now. If you can't show proof, then nobody's going to waste time believing it. And if "people will not like the fact i am saying this" then all you're doing is helping them abuse it, if it exists at all. Bring it into the open so Nexon can see it and fix it.

To answer this YES, Every weapon is Both Compatible with both S and R-type Upgrades

I understand our wiki doesn't mention any restrictions regarding which weapons can be S/R upgraded, but the Japanese wiki, on the other hand, does... It has a list of weapons that can and cannot be S/R upgraded and that's why I was wondering in the first place about the future of the Long Bow.

I was hoping someone who plays test server or KR mabi can prove/disprove the validity of this list.

I'm pretty sure that's the only requirement right there-- the weapon must be Gem-Upgraded. This of course means that if you cannot Gem-Upgrade, you cannot S/R Upgrade.

Artisan can be done on the last upgrade slot. Does not affect the S/R upgrades.
Also it can be used on armor and shields. (Artisan)

Impossible. A macro couldn't account for the variation. Also, not all macros are screwed, some still work.
