And personnaly, If I was playing a chess tournament.. I don't exactly like it that someone(or many) in the tournement make their chess peice move in inrregular ways to make themselves win. What's the point of playing Chess if it's not "chess" anymore? It's accepteble when both players accept changing the rules or are playing alone.. but in mabinogi.. there is no such thing as a "true" solo play. Everything you do affect your server.. and everything other people do affect your gameplay..
The game is still chess. It has the same pieces, the same rules. Only the board is different. It's one of those electronic boards, you can say, that read your movements out loud: "A5 to B6" (if that move's even legal anyway).
When it comes down to leveling and gaining AP, it's all the same. The real problem are those people who affect others' gameplay; river glitchers, for example. Someone modding their cutscenes out because they lag every time they come up, how does that pose a problem to you? Sure, they can get to the boss faster, but how often is that a real problem to you? When you run for FB10, is it not your pass and do you not run with trustworthy people? That's just one example of many.
Infinite Final Hit or walking while dead, I would complain about stuff like that, but simple mods like showing the weapon's real durability, I don't see why it's such a problem. Some people wanna take care of their weapons better, especially after putting so much in-game gold and even NX (for spirit weapons) into them.
