Meh, I know I'm running around in circles chasing my own tail. But hey it honestly gives me something to do, arguing about something I feel passionatly about. It eases my boredom which is the only reason why I bother.
Do I know it's pointless? Hell ya!
Do I contradict myself, oh hell yes I do.
In the end, if this topic wasn't made I wouldn't have paid it any mind, however, seeing that it is here, it's a channel for me to vent at modders. When this topic falls to the grave I'll probably forget it even happened and continue playing until it presents itself.
In other words, I could frankly care less what you modders do, as long as it isn't brought to attention, affect my game play, or presented/pushed onto me. It's only then that I crack out my whip and unleash my fury.
One last thing though, I would have left it as I don't approve of mods if someone didn't try to accuse me of using a glitch that I hate in the first place, or what I thought was an accusation. It's at that point that I really turned into a "moralfag" as you call it or "whiteknighting"
PS: I can still see your edits.

I know. I've seen it in NX forums. I just lurk.
If anything you're just an okay hypocrite most of the time.
"In other words, I could frankly care less what you modders do, as long as it isn't brought to attention, affect my game play, or presented/pushed onto me. "
And as I've mentioned already, it's up to Nexon to do squat about it. I am not saying that you have no right, no by all means you have the right to enjoy your game within the boundaries you (+Nexon) has set.
What you need to realize is that behind the playing field, all of us are still human beings. Whatever moral conviction you hold, saying someone deserves death over puny actions is downright brash. What most people need to realize is that modders also have their own set moral standards.
For one thing, you are one of the anti-modders that I still somewhat have respect. You already know that I'm going to point out a certain someone in NX forums. Said someone is one I do not feel respect for nor do I place any value whatsoever for what they say in the forums. Said person denies modding.
In your view -> Modding = Using mods for -explicitly whatever purpose-
If anything that is what I hold to myself.
Said person however claims that they've never modded. However, said person has posted their experiences and experiments as well as the methods of procuring such mods/dlls/etc. Now by your logic, any USE of such whether or not to gain advantage = modding. Said person denies that and mentions they've never modded and continues to bash on modders where it is possible. Their Validity is moot.
At least for you, I know you'll never touch these things. And the dumbest thing you can do imo was the moral insertions (people should die and get burned for modding =__=''). Your hypocrisy isn't as bad. It's just silly. So yeah. Other than that feel free to be lulz green knight...whiteknight thing xD'
Quote from Chiyuri;296690:
Cheaters will mod the game to make it more convienient for them to play which raise their overall enjoyment.
People who want a fair game do what they can to get rid of the cheaters to enjoy the game better. It's possible that some people will change their ways if shown the right way (or shown how much hatred their ways bring them). Based on such a possibility, there is meaning in replying to such thread.
Again. Show of morality.
Yes changing modders by showing them the error of their ways. Or by bashing them to hell.
No two men ever judged alike of the same thing, and it is impossible to find two opinions exactly similar, not only in different men but in the same men at different times. ~Michel Montaigne
Why should you hate? Why should we mod? Why should you care about cheaters? Why should we care about being legit?
All these just bring out moral arguments.
Example:
If you do feel that the musical instrument botter is unfair because they made it easier for themselves then you are entitled to that feeling because it is unfair. However, If you feel that said person again is unfair because in someway, God knows what, they (by being afk and botting in an area or proximity away from you) have affected you negatively and reduced the meaning of enjoying the game, then something is wrong with you.
First hand jealousy,
a) because you cannot achieve the same progress as said cheater
b) because you cannot cheat as it would violate your own moral code
c) because you hope and wish that they would play fair (which is beyond you)
And by doing so they have negatively affected you by robbing YOU of your own enjoyment even though they have no lasting impact whatsoever in your real life. All because someone decided to cheat their way towards whatever goal, you let your OWN progress be hindered by someone who is a blip in time for you.
You must ask how much does it boil down to. In the long run, Mabi is just a game. If you want people to change for you, then you're barking up the wrong tree as I've said.
And if it consoles you, Nexon is the one that needs to hand out the justice. No one else is qualified. No one else is given the right to administer whatever form of punishment you or whoever else desires upon modders. And if you think I'm siding with my own kin, this applies for us too.
