And I'm already anemic, so I get dizzy when I get up from sitting/lying down whether I have my period or not. It sucks.

Doesn't it? @.@ Have you ever gotten really dizzy right before your period as though your body already thought you started? That happens to me sometimes.

keeping well hydrated might help ur dizziness a bit, that happens to me also

That's kinda funny, actually, because I drink more water than any of my friends.
It's weird.
I've been taking multivitamins with iron in it, so that should help, but it doesn't seem to be changing anything. Same old same old.
