  "250% more" is the same as "100% + 250% = 350%". Huzzah for technicalities.
  
  I get what you were saying, though. Sadly it smells of easily becoming OP, and potentially market-damaging. Not that NA Nexon really cares much about the ingame economy.

  I'd just want Wand, Staff, and Support Magic Masteries (Support being magic shields, healing, strengthening phoenix feathers, etc.).

  If you think that, then by your reasoning, wouldn't sword, axe, and blunt mastery be redundant because Combat Mastery already exists?

  Thing is, alchemists only have one weapon. And it'd be a bit odd doing a Normal Cylinder/Fire Cylinder/Water Cylinder/Wind Cylinder/Clay Cylinder/Tower Cylinder mastery in addition to the Fire/Wind/Water/Clay Alchemy skills.

  But they have the alchemy element mastery, its just like magic element mastery with no wands/staff mastery. Besides, how do you master a cylinder when all you need to do is load it up with crystal and pop them at enemies o3o

  The same way a person masters the use a of rifle. It's not as simple as just loading the gun, pointing and firing. There's a lot of skill involved as well.

  In Mabinogi, the "gun" only requires stamina, and for some reason, anyone can always hit their target the first try.
  
  Yet, for some reason, even a supposed bow/xbow "expert" can miss at point blank range on a golem.

  This list was uncovered after the release of G13. Obviously Bow/Crossbow Mastery have been released. If we're to see any new weapon mastery skills, these will likely be first.
