Yeah, something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320048
But you have to pay attention to the motherboard slot layout. Some boards have limited slots, with a PCIe x1 (that's required for this card, for instance) being located directly under the graphics card. This would be fail, and you'd need to look for a regular PCI based wireless card instead.

The motherboard you listed has enough slots for the thingy, right?

Yes. I'm just saying 'cause I have seen boards with some pretty strange layouts at one time or another. >_o

Or you can use one of these.

Yeah, there's those things which many people end up using as it's simpler to set up. But I don't like them that much, for they don't have real antennae. :<

Having it built in is better, no?

As for using wifi, having one as an add-on card, or built in, is not necessary better. The wifi signal strength and how much speed you get depends on distance and any interfering objects within the distance of the router and the computer. As long has you have a decent one, it should work just fine.
What applejack listed is fine. So is what Yoorah listed.

Cat, it has a graphics card. o_o
It's nothing amazing, but it works.
Computer doesn't seem too bad at all. The graphic's card is kinda meh, but you can deal with that if you need to. Which I doubt you will, though.
Seems kinda overpriced, but I don't think by much
