It already is coming true.
If you touch Boat 6 on Hero Mode, you should have 13,000+ ATK/MATK. If not, you run the risk of running out of time, because you simply don't do damage past boss defense.
Unless they release new weapons with higher ATK/MATK, everyone is going to have to grind money or pay for enhancement runes to get +10 weapons to deal any sort of damage in Boats 9 and 10. They just revealed new weapons that can be made from killing Dragon in Boat 10 with 7,000-8,000 ATK/MATK, but you will most likely need to kill the Dragon who is rumored to have 13,000-13,500 DEF. If you have below that amount of ATK/MATK, you won't be doing much.
No no, youre right when u say that the new weapons have 7000-8000 att/matt.
But wrong in the defense of the dragon, the mabinogi heroes players in vindictus HQ said that the dragon have 9.6 K of defense , the only problem in the dragon was the HP (5.2KK) but now was nerfed. And the other problem is the match system, all the partys (since the boats for dragon is always public and limited) must have 8 people under lv 60, and the other 16 can be 60+

Why in the world would you go through all that if you are going to stoop to being a script kiddie? Just give yourself all the items, the game has a console for a reason, and Nexon does nothing to stop people from using it. By the time they get around to doing anything, the kid has moved on to some other game with crappy security.
On topic, with the current state of things you WILL get kicked from boats due to a gear check by people who want to finish the mission in a timely manner. That's not to say you couldn't have contributed in some way, moreso that you are a risk not worth taking in some PUG. No one likes it, it's just the rules of the game...if Nexon changes things then the gear check boats will go away again.

It's impossible to spawn items. The reason people were getting incredible/nonexistent items in the past is because it was possible to craft things that couldn't legitimately be crafted yet, such as rings with incredibly high luck.
If someone could spawn items, they would
never release it. To
anyone. Think about it, a +15 item would sell for what, over 100m? And how much do those gold selling sites sell 100m for? Quite a bit. They could make a hell of a lot more off of spawning items all day than they would in a month of working at a job. Yes, it would eventually screw up the economy, so it would have to be done sparingly for minimal damage. Not like it'd matter until they patched it, because the items would be created effortlessly out of thin air.

Yes, but how would one get the materials for that crafting if not with spawning unreleased materials?

Even with all the hacking/modding/whatever they did, not everything was craftable. They just crafted whatever they could. I'm not 100% sure if they got unreleased things somehow other than crafting, I'd have to read up on it and that involves digging through old pages of random hacker forums... but basically, they couldn't spawn things out of thin air which is why there was only a finite amount of these rare things and why they weren't duped/spawned into oblivion.

Good thing I never enhance my gear unless I'm carrying to much weight! Enhancing just feels wrong.. Like I'm being violated.
I do buy enhanced items sometimes.

lol coming from the guy that got a +10 Maelstrom Raider from a surprise box.
It's not just the RNG. Check the Nexon forums and see how many complaint threads there are. 90% of all topics there are people disgusted with an aspect of the game or Nexon as a company. Hell, I still have a support ticket from 6 months ago when I bought NX and never received it.
Don't think I'm just rage quitting because an enhance didn't go my way. I really don't care about that. I've broken more weapons than I care to admit; but when it gets to the point where the only way of having any success in the game is to be extremely lucky or spend LOTS of money and when there's no aspect of skill or commitment (that's what an MMO is SUPPOSED to be about) the game has gone into a downfall of a money-hungry director. And I feel ashamed to having taken part in that.
EDIT -
Putting this in the OP because it further elaborates my point.
Nope. I know all too well the chances. The simple fact is that F2P games need money. Developers need to be payed, Servers have to be kept online. The game has little skill or commitment by the single fact you can now just spam missions all day, and get extremely far within 3 days. The only skill is the fact commitment caps off at 61 at the current, leaving people to need 10+ items to begin with. 10+ weapons should be things that are massively distanced from existing even.
The obvious answer: Nothing is perfect, a game never will be. You play MMOs mostly for a social aspect, that's the only reason to stay "invested" into the game.
Vindictus is a pretty terrible game. It has physics and story, you could play another source game and read the story. Saves more time.

Nexon is having a lot of issues, their site keeps going down or you cannot login. Maybe it's people like Contagion hacking Nexon saying they'll stop for a higher chance of enhancing items successfully.

lol umad?
It seems that this thread has gone 2 directions. The people who have spent a lot of time enhancing know what I'm talking because well... they'd be the ones to know.

^Agreed.
and dude have you TRIED AERIA GAMES? They're worse than Nexon! Everything is raffle, mystery box, package, cash tier events, you name it. I stuck with them for 3 years. But one thing aeria doesn't have is server lag xD only sometimes...not as much as nexon then again, nexon doesn't require you to pay that much cash to be good. In aeria, if you want to be noob forever, don't buy cash shop items (If you think, you can get lucky with elite drops, good luck because it ain't gonna happen. They remove some drops for skill books and made them cash shop items is just one example). If you want to be mildly good, pay around 400-500 bucks for about 4-5 months. If you want to be the best try a grand or 2 or 4...
In my opinion, Nexon is a blessing with lag.

I've heard Aeria Games has great service, though. And really, I doubt you need to pay that much to compete with the best, except in the case of grindy MMO games where stats/equipment is the only thing that matters and skill is damn near irrelevant.
A lot of the time people exaggerate how good cash items are in games. Virtually every single F2P game I run into has people complaining about cash shop imbalances, and yet when I play those games, I almost always disagree.

wait till +10 weapons is min. requirement for ANY raid, and +12 and up are for people who want to deal good damage. Oh, and everyone must have the best enchant available.
When I started Vindictus, you can run through any dungeon with just +0, extremely skill based. Now, they are making the game money based, or grind based. Because if you don't spend real money to buy equips, you need to grind them (not just once, many many times because how easily you can fail your enhancing).
Vindictus had so much potential, being a skill based game (they could have make money off the aesthetics and aesthetics alone), but they decided to take the route many other f2p mmorpg takes, which rendered Vindictus not that much different game experience.
Good thing D3, GW2, and Elder Scroll V is coming, that's a blessing.

Vindictus is still nowhere near gear based. Only time a gear check is necessary is if you are running a hero raid, and that's mostly just to finish things up in a timely manner. The boss attacks haven't changed at all.
