it doesn't take that much skill to kill a boss now (all the low level difficulty nerf), and having better gear makes it a lot easier to kill a boss (look at the extra att bonus from enhancement +11 and above that's coming).
at this rate, vindictus will become a gear depending game. I am not saying it is gear dependence now, but all the updates in kr server is very discouraging, and it doesn't look like it is going to stop.

The thing is, the bosses you speak of didn't take skill to beat before. For instance, Gnoll Chief got his spin nerfed, which really does nothing as you run to the side no matter what he does really. Everything up to Boat 6 at least is very simple pattern recognition, besides the nerf seems to stop really affecting things at and after Hilder anyway.
The point you make about enhancing gear doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me either. For instance, I played back in closed beta with no enhancing possible, and still beat bosses fine. Now, every new player is running around with at least a +3, why should that bother me at all that they can kill the boss a few seconds earlier?
In fact, even if you go to the latest raids, having a bunch of +10 players actually makes the game a lot better. Instead of 30 minute death filled runs, the boss takes 10 with little to none. Enhance runes cost less than a value meal at a fast food restaurant....I really don't see the problem here. Until we hit a hard cap to where you MUST have X attack to proceed (in a core mission, not some side hero boss), people need to stop complaining about enhancing.
This whole topic seems to be founded on an outlier anyway. Most people I know go through maybe 1, no more than 2 runes to +10 not the 9 times the OP speaks of.
