I just googled "rpg music maker" or something close.
Found FL Studio, which looks like it'll be really good.
Well since we're not really doing anything too complex, it should be ok for this project. I also did some research on RPG Maker and it seems ... decent. It seems to be a bit like GameMaker so it shouldn't be that hard to learn, but since I don't have access to RPG Maker, I don't really know I could help do any of the programming.
I can do some sprite editing if you guys need sprite artists. You can look at my and Shery's sprite sheet on the previous page to get an idea of what I can do, or I could upload a new sheet with more animations or something.

Eeeeeeeeee, I'm looking forward to this so muuuuch.
I wonder, could my NPC character sell honey drinks?
Ohoho, that'd be soooo good.

Sprite design would be great! As for actual programming, we probably won't be needing anyone other than me. I doubt I'll be making many unique scripts and all the other programming would be for making events that require programming, as opposed to the event editor. We may also need a few more people to create events in the game.

There have been a few really successful games in the doujin industry made by rpg maker, but very few are actually rpgs. They usually make exploration, simulations, or fighting games with them.
The previous RPG makers were... pretty poor. But its been really good since XP and VX, especially since you can write your own scripts now.

Hmmm...
How about you draw a troll, a dragon and two fantasy character portraits? Does that sound good?

You could add a 007-esque class and have it give a 100% buff to women and a 50% buff to men, but at a chance of getting a debuff/STD.

Should I draw one of those too?

Maia was thinking she would throw in a character if that's okay.
Character: Maia (of course!)
A wandering archer that maybe you could encounter a couple times throughout the game on some sort of quest of her own. Maybe each time you run into her she gives you something she "found" that you need for a quest or that starts a quest. She's quiet and doesn't explain who she is or what her intentions are. Maybe post-game (or as a side quest/story) you can fight her; like she challenges you to "test your strength" but doesn't even let you respond before she starts attacking x3 ^-^ Would be nice if she carried her bow around with her... shiny wing bow? :D

Kitae is already going to be a super boss with a comical conversation before the fight, he's not going to be a playable character.
