  Hmm, this project again eh? Well if you need an extra programmer I might help out (assuming you guys actually decide to go through with this). I don't have any programming experience with Ruby but I have used Python w/ Pygame and they're essentially very similar in syntax so ruby shouldn't be too hard to learn, beside it will give me an excuse to read up on that language.

  BTW, will the gameplay be similar to Shining Force (overhead turn based RPG) or are you going for something more unique?

  Okay people, it's been a couple of days, and I haven't gotten any food or anything. Why do you guys have, like, no willingness to participate in this project, and feed me with your tasty applications? Are you guys like super sadists or something, watching a poor, poor mailbox account starve to death because no one wants to draw for the game, or give it beautiful music, or even to make sure the game works properly so that others may enjoy it? Please.... I need the nourishment... and some interest in this game aside from like 5 people would be nice as well.

  I just googled "rpg music maker" or something close.
  Found FL Studio, which looks like it'll be really good.
