  Are there any other mecha fans out there? Sometimes I feel like the only one D=
  Whats your favorite series? Whats your favorite mech? If all the series you've seen were to battle, who would come out on top? gogogo~ :onionru:

  GaoGaiGar! Haven't heard of the other two. As for mine:

  Yeah I know Gurren Lagann is the generic anime everyone is in love with, but i just cannot deny its hot bloodedness and its super awesome mecha..ness.

  and I would probably not try to compare different series because of the way each of their mechs work, it doesn't seem like a fair matchup

  Evangelion is a fan favorite for me, but, I love shows like VOTOMs, UC and AU Gundam, GunxSword, etc. I like a lot of mecha shows.
  
  Evangelion, Zeta Gundam, and Gundam 00 are pretty close in my top 10 anime in general.

  Hades Project Zeorymer is cool too. And even though I haven't finished it, I also like Blue Comet SPT Layzner. Also, just to be a showoffy jerk :chin:, I made a mecha AMV a while back.

  Indeed it is. Since this is a mecha thread, has anyone ever played Super Robot Wars? Zeorymer was in J and MX I remember. It was broken as hell, and just because of Zeorymer being in the game, those are considered the easier of the SRW games.

  Yes, although I rarely use Zeorymer cuz I like the Mazinger's and Combattler/Voltes V lol. But isn't it like extremely hard to unlock the ultimate Zeorymer (forgot the name) that makes SRW J super easy?

I'm currently on my 17th run of Alpha 3 (This game seriously never gets old.), and in Alpha 3...By endgame. Pretty much EVERYTHING is broken/OP. loool. I tend to avoid Cobray's route, because. You know, once he gets Dis Astranagant...It's kinda like *Send ONLY Cobray out*...*Still completely steamroll the entire stage*
  
  And yeah, Zeorymer was pretty broken in MX. I mean, once you get enough Will for the MAP version of Meiou Attack, throw Zeorymer in a group of enemies, use "熱血", "魂", or Miku's "愛" it's over. I mean, even if you have to wait a turn and get attacked 41234124212 times. Zeorymer will just teleport away from EVERY ATTACK.
  
  Also, MX has my favorite-mecha-yet-never-watched-the-anime series: Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronous. Rom Stoll gave the game so many "F*CK YEAH" moments for me with his speeches.

  I think getting Great Zeorymer just involves going down a certain path and not using Zeorymer at all unless you're forced to. Zeorymer alone already destroys lots of things easily in the game though... Totally outclasses most of the Real Robots and stays above Super Robots like Mazinger and Dancouga.

  I've sadly only played through most of J. I've really been itching to play Alpha or MX, mainly so I could use Eva Units lol. Plus, I'm under the impression that one of the Aplhas has a part where you fight the Eva series, and Shinji as a character mans the f*ck up. Kind of like he does in Rebuild!

  Well, by Alpha 3. Shinji is pretty badass. Slaps Kira for being stupid and wishy-washy in one scene. And he becomes friends with Camille and Quatre. But yeah, when Shinji, Rei and Asuka fight the Eva Series in Alpha 3. Same events happen, except Asuka survives. and the world is kinda un-armageddon'd by the combined powers of the G-Stone (GaoGaiGar) and Ide (Ideon). And then Shinji finally confronts Gendo. And you have to fight a berserk EVA unit 01. I don't remember the rest. I'm still on the stage where Orb gets attacked by the Earth Federation/Titans/Muge Empire (Dancouga)

  Woah o.o Alpha 3 sounds awesome. I've only played Original Generation 1 an 2, J, and a little bit of D. Too bad I doubt I'll ever get to play it D=
