  Fix'd.
  Two suggestions, based off of what you said.
  1. Members pm Fal with nominations. Whoever the top x amount of members are with the most nominations are put in a poll to be voted on.
  2. Same thing as above, but it's just the person with the most nominations automatically wins.
  Maybe staff can kind of pick and choose who to let through, based on the person's [insert qualities or something], but it would be a limited-ish type deal. If that made any sense.

  As for that nomination system, I had no idea it existed. I think we won't know how this will work until Osay jumps in and says what he think will work best.

  If you mean regarding vBulletin? Its because I've been a user since they first started, and know a lot of their staff, and a lot of the mod developers. I was part of their closed Alpha/Beta testing. I also talk to Kier (The original developer of the system) sometimes.
  
  If you mean everything else? Its because I'm amazingly awesome, therefore I clearly know everything, and am clearly always right.
