  It's not dead. There are still some people who play. I made necromancer myself, but I don't dare PvP with it, because PvP is so broken anyway, especially for necromancers.
  
  It's just a bit annoying though to run the tower so much for the 400 VP I need to finally get my awakening. That's the only thing holding me back right now, and I'm level 53 already.

  Most of the Nationers used to play it right when Open Beta came out. Then it gradually dwindled, and probably only Majikaru or Kitae touches it every once in awhile. It gets boring, and because of all the hackers it's just not worth it to log in without your stuff getting jacked.

  Get a free level 40 character with +10 gear

  Fair Arena
  
  Details of Fair Arena:
  
  Now PVP characters are all level 70 and have access to all skills and max SP to customize your PVP build (which will be separate from PVE builds).
  Fair Arena will give you a set of Fair Equipments, which can only be upgraded using Fair Arena Beads. This means gold buyers can't get a gear advantage over you anymore.
  Fair Arena nullifies Avatar effects, so you don't need them to be on par with other players.
  
  Pretty much, anyone can roll a character, subclass it, and have instant access to end game level 70 character for pvp. Its really neat.
  
  Theres also a ladder match making system now.
