Anyone been having severe lag/rubber-banding issues after the latest patch?
It's your computer or probably Riot's connection specific ISP's because Riot sucks.

Hey, everyone, I've been away from LoL for a while (holy trinity of ADC era) and I have some questions to ask.
Can someone explain how these new teir lists came to be? (RoG / Nerfplz) Like how some champs like Lucian and Jynx got to the top of ADCs, why Irelia fell off the face of the earth (favorite champ, hurts to see her so low on tier lists now), and who are the compulsory picks/bans and how that came to be?
Jungle changes and Jungler routes? Is Wight more of a priority for the top/bot laners to take at the start of a match than wolves/golems?
Game pace? Turrets seem to drop a lot quicker now.
edit:
Currently watching NA LCS Spring games and it's a lot of info to take in. Any help that can cut down on the homework of understanding the current meta game would be great.
Just the usual riot nerf/buff cycle. Which holy trinity were you talking about? Corki/Graves/Ezreal? All 3 were nerfed at multiple points while other adc's were buffed (Sivir, Varus). Lucian was released and considered trash by the entire community until the koreans learned how much of a lane buly he was and how fast he can destroy towers. THEN riot decided it was a great idea to release Jinx who is by far the most OP adc we've had so far. Her entire kit is so strong right now there's no reason not to pick her, she snowballs so hard because of that passive which is what pro teams rely on to win most of the time. Just get Life Steal quints... BT is a big investment.
I rather like those changes. His sustain was too high for a resource-less lane bully and the armor shred should have been taken out after the season 3 armor changes. The Slice/Dice early damage buff means that he'll have more incentive to commit to fights rather than stun/spin/laugh, too. I suspect there's more coming as these still leave him on the strong side, but, if this is it then it seems good.
