  I'm gonna be sad when Na (excluding voyboy) catches up with the rest of the world in finding out karma is such a broken champion then she hits the fotm train and gets nerf, currently any lane any role besides adc she's extremely strong, her level 1 q with mantra does almost 50% hp to an enemy adc as support, and in a solo lane her Q poke and mantra heal can let her bully and win any matchup.
  
  Then midgame with 40% cdr her 40% self heal is up every 5 seconds, along with an extremely good speed buff and extremely good aoe poke on herQ.
  
  It really surprises me that people haven't realized just how high the numbers on karma's kit are, and just how much utility she has.
  
  
  Also, since i suck at jungling, but rape as irelia toplane, i watched ireliacarriesu's jungle irelia game, used his runes/masteries and such, the end result was fb for us top at level 3, straight after my double buffs, i made akali go 2/0 against yasuo, which she then used to snowball the fuck out of that lane, and then gave bot 2 extremely free kills, i managed to take every dragon solo faster than I've seen real junglers take it, my early game was so fun, and strong.
  
  All in all i'm calling this a success, totally need to play this more often.

  Explain how you get Mantra from 36 seconds to 5 seconds, because even with 40% CDR, that's still a long way to go.

  I really wish I could just quit this game... I'm sick of this toxic community, sick of the fucking awful matchmaking, and sick of riot's balancing the past few months (only a bit). I dont understand how riot can manage the most popular game in the world but ignore there have been hundreds of posts on how the tribunal rarely works to fix this horribly toxic community. There is a reason league has one of the worst communities in gaming history. It's because people know they can get away with it because unless you say shit like "I hope you get cancer and die" 20 games in a row NOTHING will happen to them. Asking people to report someone who spent 30 minutes raging in all chat when he did the worst? Nah let's not report and help the toxic player flame. This happens every other game and I maybe have a good game once every month or so. For maybe the past 3 months I have not had more than like 2-3 GOOD games in a row. The games are all complete stomps because it's usually plats/diamonds on the enemy team vs my team which is ALL bronzes and silvers. I dont mind laning vs plats and diamonds but most silvers and bronzes cant handle it and go 0/10 in lane by 10 minutes. If it's not that then it's me + Snowie vs an entire enemy team of bronzes and the game is a huge stomp for our team. Sure getting fed is nice but it's still fucking stupid that it's impossible to have anywhere near a fair game because of riot's god awful matchmaking. I read on reddit every week about how shitty the tribunal or matchmaking is but riot just decides to ignore the community for like the past 2 years. I shouldnt have to mute every single person in the game every single time I play. Anytime I ever recommend league to someone I emphasize so much how horrible the community is, but they never ever believe me until they try it (looks are Snowie). I actually try to have fun with the game and want to play but these problems really just kill my mood to ever play this again.

  As much as i agree with hatsuni, that's the case with just about any online pvp game, toxic community, the big difference is this is a team game, so it's pretty much 900% more chance to meet a toxic person(s) than in solo pvp games.
  
  Riots matchmaking is completely retarded, ranked or not, I've had to face diamond/plats repeatedly with bronze players on my team, it's so stupid lol

  Imbalance is easy, perfect imbalance is not.
  
  When you're 'unbalancing' things by giving people something other than raw numbers to brag about, you have to make sure you're not still giving them raw numbers. Utility is sneaky power. Take Thresh, for example. He's top tier right now because he has massive utility AND good numbers. Even without the numbers (as in no damage/shield) he'd still be a viable pick. As is, he's a must pick outside of specific synergy match-ups.
  
  After that, you have to make sure your 'imbalance' makes sense in the game. This is where Lee ran afoul. He was too unique in several areas, meaning he wasn't just better than his peers in that area, but the only person doing anything in it at all. The rework aims to keep him unique where it's fun (mobility/double abilitys) but tone down his oddball power curve.

  I had to much fun on jax, his counterstrike is up every 2 seconds at max level, same with his junp, his W is basically always up, his r is also always up

  Ms.Fortune - Meh, Her skills aren't that great, with tenacity in this mode her cc drops in value. Overall not great.
  
  Leona - Pretty good, interesting experiment. With the low cooldown she can essentially lock down a single opponent indefinitely. Due to increased damage output, her defense is not as good as normal mode but overall above average.
  
  Katarina - Good early game, meh late game. She can now use her skills as if her passive is always active which significantly improve her damage and maneuverability. Late game power is not impressive, I built full AP with void staff, and magic resist still gives me trouble.
  
  Tristana - AD, great. Low cooldown really helps her early damage output, her escape also becomes exceptional. Couple with impressive damage if you build crit, she is a cut above the rest.

  Alistar, you can pretty much lock anyone down. All your CC is unaffected by tenacity.
  
  Unbreakable will + U.R.F Ohmrecker = Towerdive for days.
  and you have a fairly quick heal.
