Lance has It's own skills,Knuckles even have a entire skill-set to itself, and they're melee weapons.So I don't really oppose to the idea of extra skills for a single element.It could be subdivided within skillsets, and be given grandmaster titles themselves.Grandmaster Earth or Clay Alchemist for example (Knuckles and Lances already have this despite being Melee classes. Sooooo, yea)
Anyways.I've known Alchemist who really liked their element ,but unfortunately quit it because it lacked practicality.Or because spaming one or two skills became boring fast(Like Water Cannon and Flame Burst..[S]and Firebolt[/S]). Stop thinking about efficiency for a moment, that's not always fun. Think about the people who like different elements ,who'd want to have fun with it
and be useful. Keep in mind aswell, people could have different builds to fit their styles.

These are a few Alchemist I've either seen often or known who take their elements serious. Well enough to you know, make it their own. So not only do I think every element should have more skills , but melee weapons need the same treatment too.Archery (own tab n stuff) and Magic. Skill tabs would need a revamp for sure. At least try to shape some balance for Mabi's future

I would also like to see Elemental Wave work every combat alch skill,and Tower Cylinders have a mastery/ be useful.
Water Cannon = Water Nuke (Similar to Neid; Water Cannon still needs balancing tweeks)
Flame Burst = Flame Thrower (Red Dragon's Fire breath attack)
Summon Golem = King Golem (shadow golem is revamped to be less knightly since Knight Golem is a thing; Shadow Golem no longer the default elemental golem)
Wind Blast = Hurricane Stream
Also I don't main Alchemy anymore. I'm just a simple, apparently unorthodox swordsman who pretty much played with every skillset, and who'd like to see more versatility within each weapon-type
