3. Why not focus on Celestial Spike instead? Judgement Blade might be pretty bad but Celestial Spike is complete garbage and needs a lot of love.

Elves... they don't really get much in upcoming archery renovation update, except that their mirage missile can actually kill mobs and only get 100 more damage (300-ish more if capped at dex and int)... hooray! They 'buffed' Final Shot but it's still not even close to being on par with Final Hit, they just made Final Shot have 4 minutes cooldown instead of 5 minutes at r1 or so along with the skill not cancelling upon knockdown, and the duration doesn't decrease upon teleporting.
Here's a buff for Final Shot I felt could be more visible to the elves.
They should've made Final Shot (teleporting doesn't reduce the duration and it doesn't cancel upon knockdown stays, of course) one out of the two following changes:
1. Make the cooldown reduction of 30% at r1, and make all your aims start at 50% no matter what archery skills for Final Shot....
OR
2. At r1... Make all archery skills including normal shot have 150% damage multiplier, making it 750% for magnum shot, and 325% for crash shot and so on but leave the aiming % and cooldown untouched.
