NPC Medals:
A set of various accessories bearing the name of an NPC. Equipping one of these accessories gives you their idle pose. Examples: Rua's Medal, Endelyon's Medal, Simon's Medal. All obtained from Erinn Martial Arts Tournament. NPCs drop their respective medals, in addition to some medals being in the end chest of the team that they would be in(E.G.: Rua's Medal appears in the end chest of Emain Signboard)

+30% windmill radius would be ridiculous hahaha. But I agree, most of the pre-g13 master titles are really lacking. *cough* master of windmill *cough*

You no longer have to pay/use wood to power furnaces. (Our homestead ones don't need it, why the fk should those?)
Homestead level 12-15 added. Re-balance of some things and how much exp they give. Homestead size increase again at 15. Larger pond (upgrade). Upgrades added to some items such as furnaces, anvils, looms, honey comb, pond, and herb patches. They make them take up a bit more space but make them offer more. Example, spend 10 homestead stones and 50 red herbs on a red herb patch to make it 3x3 and give 12 herbs (without a tree).
Gathering tools loose dura a bit slower. EVERYTHING gives exp (life skill stuff) but it's low like 20exp-700exp without merchant where the exp for that is slightly buffed.
No mater what your total level or skill ranks are or race, you can take the classes in tir if you just want to stats they add.
Animal taming % rate goes up with rank, base of 30% at rank F, at rank 1 it's around 70-85%
Mana shield and meditation uncapped. To rank meditation from it's current cap you must complete quests for NPCs for each rank. (Some quests are very hard.) For mana shield, once you hit rank 5 you must read books on how to control mana in order to gain 70% of the skill. These books are in secret shops (only 2), Iria quests (only 1), Dungeons (Glowing garg drop, both boss and end chest. 1/5 boss, 1/3 chest) and a NPC quest in cor.
Lrod upgrades to beep sooner, use less SP while you have the skill loaded, and the range of the area discovered.
Taming cane upgrades for taming % and chance that the bait is not used. Mobs tamed also do not 'runaway' if you go into a house, new map, or up or down a floor in dungeons.
Dan ranks for Fighter and such (If those aren't already out or something XD)
Potion making at rank 5 can start making Dmg potions, Magic potions, Iron will potions, Crystal potions, and Arrow potions. These pots, in order,
Max and mini dmg increase by 20.
Magic DMG increase by 10%
Will increase by 72
Cylinder loading speed increase by 20% and chance that a crystal will not be used 15%
Aim % and range increase (10%/100)
(Later on there will be pots for other classes)
They require 10 white herbs, 5 blue, 5 mandrakes, 10 golden, 5 base pots, and 40mp. Base % of 50 and 70% at rank 1. The effects last for 10 minutes.
EDIT: Adding on to above, Root potion.
-5% movement speed. When running hp/sp regain 50% bonus. When walking 100%. When standing still 150% Rank 1 potion. 30% to make. 20 of each herb and 10 base potions, 100mp. Just kinda..idk where I was going with this one but eh. [/SPOILER]
