You guys have seen next to nothing yet, only the bottom core of the physics which may be a teeny tiny fraction of what may come.

As we can see in this pic, it shows the coordinates of point and click of one's character in a dungeon environment up an inclined slope.
Holysnap, so it actually uses 3D orientation instead of pseudo-3D?
Mabinogi is growing up so fast. ;_;
I do have this to share though:

A lot of it is various effect work but skip ahead to 5:30 and you'll get to see the character models in action. Despite all the juvenile guffaws and such that come to mind at "Jiggle Vertex" it describes what it does fairly well. As shown with the horse video they've animated the effect of movement on bodies and the like. It's a bit uncanny valley for my liking but the attention to detail is neat.
EDIT: A slideshow to accompany the video. Seems it'll be a pain to translate >_<First one is talking about the bugs that turn up and how they're trying to handle it (apparently they had to build a custom handler or something). Second one talks about how they're trying to deal with the resource issues like loading times/sizes. Last one is fairly generic "stuff we did for animation".
I wonder just how good the dynamic lighting will be. It'd be nice if we didn't have light shining through robe hoods onto our face. Of all things, that looks weird.
Also, from that video it looks like there will be not only cloth/hair physics, but tissue physics (muscle/fat/skin) as well. That'll be interesting.
Looks like as long as they don't botch the gameplay, I'll definitely give it a shot.
Edit: From that slideshow, it looks like they're reusing the general animation where hitting something with a lute will result in the lute flying up for a bit and spinning. Hope that's indicative that they intend to make it follow in the footsteps of Mabinogi's style.
