And thus began the fall of Devcat, and their crappy dungeon crawl arcade games.

Premade characters with palette swap options and variable armour?

^ Because it's a demo, they've probably made premade archtype characters for people to try in a demo dungeon.
Actually, regardless of the criticism that many people here have shown towards Mabi 2 Arena. I kinda like the look of it. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting bored of mabi but I certainly wouldn't want the same formula recycled in a better engine. It really reminds me of a frantic arcade game like Gauntlet.
Looks pretty fun to play with a controller though. I definitely wouldn't touch this without one.

I'll definitely play it, but not as a replacement for Mabi.
I understand the criticism though, this is basically just a new version of Vindictus.
It's just that Mabinogi "2" implies a new version of Mabinogi.

Lord of the Rings "The return of the king" for the playstation 2 looked better than this.
Actually it was one of the most kickass movie-based games I've ever played. o3o

It started happening all the way back in G4.

Nice, now I can proudly say that I'm glad to have had Mabinogi my very last MMORPG ever.

koreans wont buy an Xbox just to play Mabinogi, they mostly have PS3 (as almost all the countries does but USA and Canada) so nu
and being on a console is not good for a mmorpg, and you can use your controller on your PC as well so, why going into consoles?
this video kinda makes me worry about the game tho, we don't need another vindictus, i mean, i dont need a vindictus at all :c

So the reason they only had 4 were because they were presets
(by steparu)
In previous article, I said that players will be able to customize their own character by mixing up the five classes, five combat styles, and five body types. Unfortunately, the demo only had four presets so not much information to go from there. For example, the Archer video below is called a Sparrow because it had the following features. Combat Style - Technician, Body Type - Slender, and lastly the Class - Archer. I wonder what would happen if players picked a very big body type for Archer!?

The whole real-time thing going on while your attacks freeze your character and the target is a terrible idea. Then again, it looks like Dungeon Fighter Online to me.
Still wish they did Husky Express instead.

You should try Vindictus then.
But, this game is looking like a slower Vindictus, only with more customization. What's the point?

Diablo and Vindictus had a baby.
This game is that baby.
