  I highly suggest you hop off of attacking radionoise before you really cross the line into harassment. Your tone and attitude towards radionoise is unnecessary and uncalled for, and I'm getting really tired of it. Obviously you have issues of some sort with him, but that doesn't give you the right to repeatedly make posts like this. Either put radionoise on your ignore list or stop posting in regards to him.   I actually have no issues with radionoise. I just have an issue with people that lie and then do not admit it after they were caught in the lie.

  I see this whole issue as an invasion of privacy and Nexon trying to enforce control on fansites. Heck if Nexon just mined there own business and only used there own resources when choosing which players to investigate then id be fine with it. But the fact that they went into sites likes MWW and junk and used the information gathered there to investigate players then that's were the problem starts for me.

  Yes, we spoke to Mabinogi World because they were an official fansite. And to stay an official fansite, you do have to follow some rules we have. We did NOT ban anyone because of data-mining or because of information we found on fansites.

People such as epichild who have an unnaturally large amount of hate for someone in a game, going around reporting people they hate on fansites for doing things like data mining.   2 things that the recent announcements made me wonder. One is when they're making the announcement on how they removed server power to all servers and that's the main reason of how all servers are having constant lag, and the other is wtf is a official fansite because really, all i've seen from nexon towards fansites was a simple link on g9 erinn walker. Other than that i don't see nexon supporting fansites in any way.

  That picture did not prove you were banned for Data Mining, just that there was a leak.
  Since you did say you were reported by someone in that chat it seems like an appropriate response from someone that was part of Nexon.
  
  So far the only things that seem true is:
  You violated the TOS.
  Someone in an IRC with Nexon employees reported you.
  Someone else in that IRC told you that you were reported.
  You got others that had/have some connection to Nexon concerned by posting that someone told you that you were reported before being banned.
  
  Still waiting on that chat that says you were reported for Data Mining.
