  The thing is, we don't know whether he actually violated the ToS. I've been banned several times, on several games, after being falsely accused. Nexon doesn't care.

  :spit: Yeah wow this is a giant mess. I can't tell if Sabina is telling the truth or is covering up there mistake in how they addressed this situation. But honestly unless we have prof that says otherwise we can be sure as to why your account was investigated in the first place :/.

  That quote is out of context. That was only for the players that posted Data Mined information on Nexon forums. For example the player that posted on the Nexon forums a video of themselves doing the gangnam style dance within the game the day before the first hotime event.
  
  You could always censor the name and other information, just keep the date sent.
