Quote from Cynic;993947:
Actually, even Kaito has better intentions than Nexon does. There is literally no (legit) justification for what Nexon is doing.
Being human.
Best example? Where i work.
The place where i work is so inefficient, they throw away so much money away on overtime because management doesn't know how to manage, and when they do actually try to manage, the employees throw it back in their face in spiteful ways, all 3 shifts do not communicate with each other and it is a nightmare trying to get things fixed, they do their job ultimately, but just like nexon, only at base operating "satisfactory" levels.
It is frightening how Nexon mirrors this corporation where i work for.
Every single employee needs to get fired and another set needs to get rehired, both here and there.
Rule of corporations, do not have an entire staff full of older experienced people because the problem becomes nearly unfixable due to complacency.
The older the average age of the workforce, the more fucked you are.
