Now that the demo for the game is out on both console I'm surprised no one made a thread about them. I just played the 3DS demo today and man I'm impressed. I didn't expect the camera to be so easy to control (using the touch screen virtual dpad).
Due to how I felt about the lack of a comfortable "Claw" on the 3ds I wasn't so sure if I was going to pick it up but the demo convinced me. Definitely buying on March 19.
Anyone else played the demo/getting the game? (Shame that the 3ds lack online but it's compatible with the Wii U one so I can go play with my friend at his house)

Would consider throwing some money down for the wii u if ps4 wasnt just around the corner... The 3ds controls are just so clunky.... (Mostly the camera tbh and mostly underwater)

Did you get the extra extension for the 3DS?

I feel like the camera on the 3ds version is pretty great even without the circle pad pro. I even found a way to do use the claw on the 3ds by putting the virtual d-pad on the top left corner of my screen. Underwater combat always was such bullshit in MHTri I don't expect it to be any less bullshit in this one.

I mean, that's old news, and you have to be loaded to be able to enjoy the benefits of that.
But by all means, have fun throwing $300 down for a Wii U at the least. Then buying the game for $60. Did I mention that the superior Wii U controller for the game costs $50 dollars? Oh, let's not forget you still have to buy the game for the 3DS for $40, and if you're still picky about controls the Circle Pad pro costs another $20. Don't have a 3DS? That's around $170 at the least.
