  With how this looks so far... It looks to me like they're done with new talents, and are now going to focus on older content/fleshing the talents out more. Hopefully they'll continue with hybrid skills too.

  Also, about shield mastery.
  Large shields get 30/15 buff. Medium shields get 19/10 buff. Small shields get 15/7 buff.

  I regain anyother skillset, which is already capped.

  Also, I wanna see how much mana adds damage to Watercannon, like every 5~10mana adds 1max? or add into it with % damage, like with magic.

  They still give crit bonus, they just get some of that new stat no one is exactly sure what it does.
  
  Endurance song gives better defensive buff and affects puppets. Puppets now have 50 def/25 prot/20 magic defense.
  ^@ people talking about puppets getting nerfed even though they got buffed by this and the balance/mastery changes don't affect them.
  
  Taunt has no CP limit and Wind Guard gets more defensive stats.
