  Can I ask why you repeatedly keep wanting us to ban you, and yet in the same swoop go around saying we ban everyone over everything? What exactly is your biggest issue here? You mentioned in the other thread if anything was changed you wouldn't need to report anything. That's not how the world works. Is that the same approach you take in real life? "I shouldn't have to call the cops and tell them anything, they should just know"? We're not mind readers, we can't constantly be on all the time to catch everything that you deem rule breaking. You know this.

  1) I have trust issues.
  2) I don't want to explain myself to anyone.

  The solution to the following problems are.
  1) K, that's on you then.
  2) Then why not just drop the whole thing and stop posting about it?
  3) I don't think that people "hate you" you are just letting your paranoia get the best of you.

  Ashikoki has been a member of the community for a while and is definitely not TA. TA returning as a staff member would not/i] go over well with the current staff, considering the trouble we went through on her behalf.
  
  Ashi's a great member. Our only real unease came from what happened when we as a collective group of new staff started being staff. We didn't know about a few of the things that were going to happen, like TA coming in to manage us, or other staff getting let go. There was a drama storm, essentially. The only concern with Ashi was that because it's a new account, people would be uneasy about a seemingly "new" member becoming not just a staff member, but an Administrator.
  
  Rest assured, Ashi is not new, and is definitely [i]not TA. Moreover, Ashi has already started to get into solving problems on the forums as painlessly as possible. People should see how our new administrator does before coming to conclusions. Coming to conclusions, particularly very wrong conclusions, can cause all sorts of unnecessary trouble.

  And there is absolutely no reason for the goddamn secrecy when said person is supposed to be running the entire fucking site. We deserve to know who it is and what they've previously done so we can have some level of trust, something which you guys clearly don't have with us.

  There is a lack of communication, yes. It happens when a group isn't formed in a very good manner and then it lacks leadership, so a lot of times we take more time than we should to come to decisions on the staff forum, one of the several reasons I brought attention to Osayidan that we should get a new admin.

  About your problems about how we tell you to ignore someone you claim they are clearly breaking rules:
  
  -If they did break rules, they most likely have been infracted/warned for it.
  -If they didn't break rules, it's either:
  ~You just have a personal problem with the person, and deem posts that are ok-ish, as rule-breaking.
  ~Rules may need tweaking, this is quite a possibility on some cases, and again another of the reasons I thought we needed another admin, we have discussed several possibilities of rule changing on the staff forum, that never happened, because of the lack of leadership.

  If the person wishes to remain a secret, people should respect their need for privacy. Has this person done anything in particular that would make you feel like they are incapable of being an administrator? I'm not saying I don't understand your concerns, but I ask that you at least give Ashikoki a chance before deciding whether or not their identity is really that important. What should really matter is competence. It was mentioned before, but I'll say it again: If Ashi does a bad job, Ashi won't last long, just like TA didn't.
  
  I ask that all users respect the privacy of everyone else, including staff members. If they have something they don't want to share, then it's up to them.
