Do you mean they fixed the formula or do they stack now like mp/rest regin % with enduring melody?

Just to be clear, if I have 1000 intelligence, r1 magic weapon mastery, -10% speed, and a 30% reforge I would do:

1.6 / [(1+ (1/5)))(1.15)(0.9)(1.3)] = 1.6 / 1.6146 or .99 seconds (+latency) for each charge of Ice spear?

Also vivace would reduce it another x%.

I'm starting to think that the 6th item on your list, and Magic Weapon Mastery, as well as Instant Casting, are the most important parts of the magic renewal. The main problem with magic is not its lack of damage or whatever, we just need to be able to cast it faster. I don't even care about whether or not I can get the absurd numbers the other classes have, I just want to not be left behind when in a party. So that I can actually, you know, contribute.

Lord missions and whatnot are a whole other can of worms... I don't know how magic is going to be able to compete there, but whatever... I don't think it's nearly as important as the above issue, which needs a fix pronto.

Lyre is moot point. Vivace reforges on accessories are more obnoxious than a reforged lyre.

What's the max level you can get on an accessory for Vivace reforge? Level 3 like everything else?

Yes but each one does a large boost.

Think of it like healing reforges.

Even lv.1 healing reforge is a big boost...

Level 3 vivace on shoes.

I do believe they stack too. so if you had level 1's and 2's on accessories or whatever, it would still provide a cumulative boost.

Huh. I have a level 3 and I thought it was useless. Guess I'll be handing it off to my Guild bard and tell him to hold onto it until this patch.

How are they more obnoxious than a lyre? There's plenty of cheap rank 1 reforged accessories, I already got 2 Vivace Magic charging speed 1 and 3 Vivace alchemy speed 1 accessories just from spamming those normal reforges on junk accessories awhile back.

I've seen a few lv18 casting speed staves and wands already, I wonder how fast a r1 Ice Spear would be with all those reforges and upgrades.

because the multiplier per point is higher than an instrument reforge, also i have seen a level 3 on my accessory while i was rerolling for shieldless charge.

Also IS does lower damage? after this update, not to mention people would hate you for casting vivace than BFO in a party.
