Test server is still not updated and probably will not be until the next major patch in a future season.
@tropacat
That was a bug that got fixed, read 4 posts above yours.

Thats lame, I thought devcat did something right.
Though, if it wasn't a bug, most alchemic damage enchants would of been useless.

Is that such a bag thing?
It's not like people have to contend with Magnum Shot max damage, Crash Shot max damage, Smash max damage, Windmill max damage, Spinning Uppercut max damage, Climactic Crash max damage, etc enchants.

At this rate, fk it. LF>Cylinder mastery for +% alch dmg so you can use any cylinder for full effect with every alch skill while still getting the most out of one type. =,=;
I started going back to alch on my giant with his rank 1 flame burst. (That's all he has going atm lolol) and it's so much fun, despite my ungodly bad combat lag. Learning that max dmg enchants were going to work with alch made me extremely excited to do it with basic melee/fight/maybe even lances. Now that that's been fixed I'm not looking forward to building a set JUST to up my alch dmg while doing nothing for me melee/fighter. >.>

I don't really understand why DevCat won't afford magic and alchemy the ability to compete with other talents. I can understand some deviation as of right now (due to the investment of additional time/resources for ranged/melee/combined stat talents) but it seems unusual that they wouldn't offer some way for mages and alchemists to catch up.
My theory:
Magic: DevCat hates magic, it's an organizational bias. The original director apparently hated mages because of some D&D bullshit and DevCat has done everything in its power to make magic unappealing. It seems clear that magic being a solid skillset around G11-14 or so was an accident. There's no rhyme or reason to it otherwise. If they were scared of making AOE DPS too powerful, they wouldn't have made Puppet or Gunner.
Alchemy: After "Golems or GTFO" DevCat is scared of making alchemy too strong.
Also so much of the KR playerbase has capped everything that it doesn't matter, and I figure many players have deranked the AP hog magic skills if they actually needed to.
Essentially, i'm getting pretty tired of seeing the majority of people run around with the exact same character builds. The talent system didn't really help things out either. GM Combat Alchemist gives like +1 Fire Damage and slightly improves the effectiveness of an already unreliable skill, while GM Archer improves the effectiveness of the (imo) best talents in the game (range/puppetry), GM Warrior buffs Melee, Puppetry, and Shooter, and GM Bard gives some pretty fantastic musical buffs.
Dexterity is entirely too powerful of a stat - boosting the raw damage of range/puppetry and boosting the effective DPS of every non-magic stat especially given the new balance formula. Also defense piercing when monster defense is about to become a lot more relevant. Pretty much the Mabi endgame revolves almost entirely around Dex unless you go gunner - vanilla melee isn't really endgame anymore unless you're a giant, and while fighter is endgame 1x1, the lack of AOE and CC keeps it from the top tier, though you can run pretty much anything in a party just fine with fighter.

a simple fix is to make more elemental monsters.

You mean make elemental based attacks much stronger against elemental monster. If you just make more ele monster then all you really do is make ele reforges even better.

I'm pretty sure that you get extra damage with elemental levels above 4 against even same element mobs. And then even if you did that, there's Puppettry...

Could this "Hero" be the fourth Vate?
Since we only know Dorren,Helvetius and Lennox it might be possible for the unnamed person to return.
Also someone stated "Bateman" and I don't know if its the same in korean but in japanese B and V are the same as R and L. (similiar sounding)

If not, all you need is two weapons with separate elementals. It's a hell of a lot better than switching from Ice Spear to Fireball or vice versa. Even switching from flame to water canon is rather ridiculous.

1. Started balloon event
2. Started dragon raid event
3. Started treasure hunt event
4. Re-added Pegasus and armored Pegasus to web shop
5. Removed memorial gacha from web shop
6. Fixed magic casting speed formula (upgrades, reforges, intelligence, vivace, and magic weapon mastery now stack properly)
That last one is sort of nice. I should be able to fully charge Fireball in 8.4 seconds.
