Is viscount really 3m on Rui? o_O
That sounds massivly, massivly overpriced.
Well, there is only one on housing and it is 3m. Never seen any for sale in parties or shops.
So. Yeah.
Though with as impossible as it is to get I understand the price. I'd probably go through 3M in potions by the time I got it from ballooning.

I'd honestly ask around before buying that on housing, housing is usually always deliberately marked up and you might be able to save a significant amount of money just by asking someone friendly.

Na, that's not how Ruairi operates. Ruairi is like, "Well, there is one on housing for 3m. So I'll be nice and sell you mine for 2.8m. Cause those are your only two options. Mine or the one on housing."

I'm pretty sure that's how it works everywhere, but there's also nice people on every server and it doesn't hurt to even post a thread in the marketplace asking for a price check.
Plus, that's 200k saved. Right?

It's been posted.
And seems like the 70% thing simply never made it out of testing, so it's not a new change.

Which guns are more effective in general?
It seems to me that given that the character has high enough damage, Dealla might outdamage Taunes when it comes to Frenzy in terms of DPS.
But for skills like bullet storm and shooting rush, wouldn't max-damage oriented guns like Taunes be better?
And for practical uses, wouldn't max-damage oriented guns be better? Frenzy has 3 minute cooldown, while shooting rush has 5.6 sec cooldown at rank 1, which is ridiculously short. Even for shooting rush, 15 seconds cooldown make it seem like max-damage guns would be better use because of the relative short cooldown times.
Even in the NPC tourney dual video where two users were using puppets and guns, they were using Taunes, even for Frenzy, which seems to me that they don't differ much when it comes to Frenzy, if at all.

It's rather simple, although Taunes offers slightly better max damage you'll have to spend a lot more time reloading. Not only does this decrease DPS, it's likely to get you hit in battle. So really no gun can be decisively better. For a higher-stat player, the difference between Taunes and Dealla is small so they may prefer to use Dealla, but they may also prefer Taunes because they'll likely kill most mobs before running out of ammo. Also the differences with frenzy you've noted.
Personally I'd go with Dealla, though I advise trying them both to get a good feel of which you prefer.

The amount of hits with a fast weapon, bigger clip, and lower max damage like Dealla compared to it's opposite, Taunes... I do agree with Zekkii on this one and try both in preference. I would carry both either way myself, but I'm sure using a weapon like Dealla, it would wear in dura just as much.
Anyways, the use of special upgrades would be for those two? I'm sure a red upgrade would be much preferred for Dealla and for Taunes would be blue no?

Alright I have a question about guns. I know it was stated previously that a viable option of getting the attack speed set enhancement one can put the Automatic enchant coupled with Viscount on their boots. The issue I want to raise is if one switches from their secondary weapons to guns, and the attack speed set effect enhancement comes in, will the set effect lag be an issue. An example of this my friend has a Masterpiece Bow; when switching from swords to his Masterpiece Bow, my friend always had one or two seconds of lag due to the Stamina Reduction set effect activating that critically hindered his game play. Does anyone else experience this and/or perhaps have a remedy?

I've experienced the lag when I switch to my Avon Shield, but I'm not sure how to fix it per say.

The only way to fix it is with mods sadly. As the text that pops up when you get a set effect is EXTREMELY lagy. This happens to me any time I pick up a piece of my mana reduction set after I drop it. Seeing that the avon shield is it's own set effect of charge, makes it very unappealing in my eyes and a few other people I know, despite it's stats and what it does.

R upgrade for everything and anything that's not a staff.

More of a reason I stored that shield in my pet to collect dust.
@Exkalamity The only thing I could say is that if your friend isn't planning to go switch weapons to gain the attack speed from their gun and greaves. Like what Slayerj has said, mods would be the way to fix that issue.
