  There's no possible way we can answer that as this was NA's own brilliant handiwork. This system is non existent in KR.

  Bhafel gear is all made through Engineering while Languhiris is all made through Magic Crafting. It was released in the Merlin update and come on that info is in the Merlin thread :P Which I know you've read mister.
  
  Okay I lied on the weapons. Some of them are made through Engineering while others Magic Craft. Just click on the individual links to the wiki in the new engineering/magic craft section of the thread.

  Data mining suggests it gives the stats I had previously posted, not int, if you meant my base talent bonus was wrong. Level up stats are not in data, and I know age up stats are in data but we're having trouble finding it for hero talents. Remember, Diva is a puppeteer hybrid talent. (Though Master Chef, iirc, has better stats than Warrior, Lancer, Archer, and Puppeteer.)

  You're thinking White Dragon Knuckles. (Launghiris or however NA spells his name.) And yes, for some reason, White Dragon Knuckles gives an attack speed set effect even though it's already Very Fast 5-hit.
  
  There is no new black dragon weapons in the zero update because the magic craft/engineering update came with 2 (3 if you include the arrow) black dragon weapons and no white dragon weapons, so the zero update comes with 2 white dragon weapons (lance and knuckle) and no black dragon weapons. But, it also comes with a complete white and black dragon armor set; which comes with base magic def/prot with a random stat roll.

  Seems there's a seperate reforge for bolt damage on wands.
  
  I'm still not sure what would be better dps though.
  
  EDIT: To clarify, i'm also not sure if savage wand would be better then ego wand. Perhaps I missed it or something, but I don't remember a definite conclusion being come to.

  I know that, i am talking about the level up bonus, to me that's more important than the base stat bonus.
  
  Also age up stat bonus should be level up bonus x 4, unless something is wrong.

  Still looking into it. We found 3 Korean sources on it but there seemed to be a conflict and they didn't know which one was correct. In the end they settled for it being Int, dex, and Stam. Although str was still being debated :/
  
  I think they were waiting on some Korean translators to be a round. But here is what we have so far.
