No. No such thing exists and there has been no news that any such thing is even in the works.

This should answer some of your questions.
What about the upgrade sequences? I'm interested in if it just gets an extra Piercing level like the other dragon weapons using the unseal upgrade or it gets more than that.

Kenero posted the Sticky's link for a reason. The entirety of the Bone Breaker Upgrades are under Weapons in that thread.
BAM Just like that I found it.
Next time you should look around. The testers make
these threads for a reason, not for kicks. ;p

Now that the 2x Life Skill event on NA is over (QQ), I wanted to ask about the Magic Craft/Engineering talent(s). I've read that they will be implemented sometime but I can't remember where or when.
Are they out in Korea? If not, does anyone have any idea if/when they will be? If so, can I have an estimate on their arrival in NA, please?
Thanks for all your hard work, test crew!

So I heard that there is going to be a Mana Shield revamp coming up. Something about using Mana Shield cuts your def and prot to 0 while the skill is active. Is this true?

Doesn't take def or prot into account anymore so as long as it's active, I've heard.

This is correct, and in general a lower weaker co-efficient.
Still useful as a second HP bar.

There seems to be the idea that MS is badly nerfed - as long as the Mana Shield reforge exists in its current form, MP tanking will continue to outclass HP tanking.
With 200 MATK new MS > old MS. Not sure where the breakeven point is. And HP tanking doesn't have anything even close to the most OP non ele reforge, MS reforge (which isnt nerfed afaik).
Sure you'll take slightly more from non threatening hits but reforged endgame MS effectively offers 85% protection and immunity to wounds.

And the most important thing is probably the fact that mana shield doesnt wound. That in itself makes it worth using regardless of weak or not. Just stock up on mana pots and rank that study: potion lore.

Except defense and prot are much much higher now, and high prot lowers wound %

Much higher, no. Heavy Armor Mastery at r1 only adds 10 protection, and no other source of protection was altered. On the other hand, unless you have high int, your protection towards magic and alchemy attacks will actually be lowered after Zero. (Not that magic or alchemy wounds.)

Well i meant as "general" because i know defense is massively easier to get, and with the extra benefits from protection...
Also the upgrades for the armors.

1500 str = 150 def
Shield = 25 def
Masteries = 50 def
Armor = 15 def
240 def
Assuming 50% damage reduction from prot
All hits under 240 get reduced to 1, however at around 375 damage and higher endgame MS becomes more efficient against melee/range attacks( compare (375 - 250) / 2 = 62.5 versus 375 * (1 - .85) = 56.25,) and is ridiculously more effective against magic attacks. Of course, endgame MS requires you to be a mage.

Also, I don't think its possible to cap str. right now, making the deficit start at even lower amounts of damage.
However, I did see a video of a giant taking 1's from adniel IIRC. not sure where the video is now, but adniels hit like 500 damage per hit, how to reduce to 1 without mana shield? I'm guessing heavy prot stacking with enchants, which giants can afford to do and still do solid damage.
