The formula is more complicated, but more accurate than the damage for each stigma charge you listed. It is also very neat.

I dunno, too late for me to try again, ranked amaranth already. I guess I'll remove that if you say it's wrong... or maybe I was getting criticals and didn't even notice or something owo;;
I'll do the calculations with the percentiles table and fix if needed.

1000 Attack, Enemy has 0 Defense, rF Smash Mastery, rF Amaranth, and rA Blossom. No Extra Damage
Using this formula. (ATK - DEF + 900 + extra damage * 6.25)* percentile * (1 + Base Mastery% + Mastery%)
Blossom:
(1000 - 0 + 900 + )* 0.092 * (1 + 0.18) + [Second Hit] (1000 - 0 + 900 + )* 0.048 * (1 + 0.18)
Amaranth
(1000 - 0 + 900 + )* 0.18 * (1 + 0)
Blossom came up with 270.788 Total Damage.
Amaranth came up with 342 Total Damage.

Plus, Amaranth can be pulled off in around the same time as a triple blossom, and the stun chance is way higher too :D

Oh well.. i'll have to rank them all up eventually anyway XD
Plus blossom is so good clearing normal mobs.

I ranked blossom to 8, ivy to 9, smash to 8, critical to 8, combat to 9 before amaranth.
You can blossom A LOT in between bosses combos, unlike amaranth.

I find myself doing Amaranth less and less...I would actually be interested in a Ivy Sweep calculation vs. Amaranth, as Ivy R9 seems to do a ton of damage with that added kick, and it can also be pulled off a lot faster than an Amaranth. The only time Amaranth is really viable is if you PG into it...but I find myself CA'ing in that situation more than anything.

The first hit of blossom does the exact same damage as the r9 ivy kick. So you are better off doing quick blossoms instead of Ivy Sweeps, which is pretty much only useful against trash mobs.
not to mention that Blossom Mastery gets higher % damage bonus than Ivy skill.
